If you are needing a quiet weekend to sit relax, and enjoy the beauty of the country side this is the place to go! The house was exactly what it looked like and the best part is the farm dog Nash! Such a sweetie and very friendly! We really needed this break and this was th best place we could have gotten that!

We had a girls get away weekend and this was exactly what we needed. It allowed us plenty of space to talk and catch up while we prepared meals and played games.

We would definitely stay here again! Great location, within the last resort campground with a pool, games, walking distance to lake access (boat ramp/dock), etc. The house is the perfect set up.. plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms far enough from living space that kids could go to sleep and adults didn’t have to worry about being too loud. Loved the ice cream and pizza option on Friday/Saturday nights! Backyard is fenced in and the deck is nicely secluded! Everyone was friendly and helpful and we hope to be back next year!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful Lake of the Ozarks home. I stayed with my three kids, and from the moment we walked in, we were in love. The house has a warm, welcoming vibe and fun historic charm. The hosts were amazing, so thoughtful and kind. They were easily available, and left a welcome basket with snacks and s’mores supplies. So sweet! The kitchen was fully stocked and easy to cook in. The beds were super comfortable too. Just every little detail was carefully thought of, making the house extremely livable. We felt right at home. The backyard was a showstopper. Stunning sunset views (one of the best I have ever seen), an outdoor kitchen and living room with fireplace and TV, and a pool with fun toys. We made dinner nearly every night on the Blackstone watching the boats (and birds) go by. The private deck and lake slide were a hit, and the swimming area was calm and kid-friendly. So many core memories and we were all sad to leave. Highly recommend!

Cottage in the country was just what we needed for our weekend in KC. Great location for Kauffman and Arrowhead games. Lots of options for other entertainment and places to eat. Very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath getaway. Beds and pillows were some of the best.

We had a wonderfully peaceful time here. The lake was quiet and the lap lap sounds in the night were meditative. The mist on the lake most mornings made for some excellent photography. And best of all, Josh and Alycia's home feels like home, and we really appreciate that feeling. The cottage has everything we needed and so many thoughtful touches. The fenced back yard was perfect for Rory, who decided that he is a "lake dog" and lay down on the dock with his head hanging over every chance he got. We hope to visit again often.

Beautiful view! The place was as described & matched the photos. We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed swimming in the lake. The dock is very nice. There’s a ladder to climb in & out of the water. The house is in a quiet area. It is on a hill. There are some stairs, but they are wide & easy to walk on. The closest store is about 20 min. away. There’s a full kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, etc. The mother-in-law suite is entered by using its own door & the hot tub is just outside the door. The kids enjoyed hanging out in the bunk house. Coconuts Resort is about a 3 min. boat ride, or 20 min. car ride. Jacob’s Cave is about a 20 min. car ride. The host is friendly & offered suggestions. We had a very fun & memorable stay!

This was the best AirBnB my wife have stayed in thus far and we usually do a few trips a year to different places. The property is gorgeous, the home is immaculate. The lower level is like it’s own apartment. The instructions were very clear to understand, there was more than enough cookware for our family cookout we had during our stay. We will definitely book again when we head back to visit our daughter. I definitely highly recommend Richard and Elizabeth’s place if your staying in the Warrensburg/Holden Missouri area.

This was the perfect place to stay at after our wedding! Very clean and cozy!

The property was exactly as described in photos and description! It was close to the lake (no incline) and had all the lake amenities! (pool floaties, dock chairs, cushions, lily pad, etc) The house was large enough on both floors for our group of 10 to all be together on the same floor! (both decks as well) The beds were so comfortable and the air cooled the entire house very well. The kitchens and bathrooms were all stocked with the good stuff! :) We had to reach out to the owners twice for normal minor things and they were immediately responsive. Would 100% recommend to your group!

Total 5 star bnb! Jill’s place is exactly what you’re looking for. Great space, great hosts and everything needed for a relaxing stress free stay. We were passing through during a cross country military move and this was such a great spot. Our dog LOVED the large fully fenced yard and the house was perfectly equipped for our needs. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and I could just go on and on!! Would absolutely stay here again!

My friends and i stayed at Kassandra’s GORGEOUS place this past memorial day and we were so happy with our stay! the weather was kind of crappy, so all of the indoor amenities were perfect! we had so much fun in the pool/game room, and don’t get me started on the view!! it was beautiful! Kassandra was also very responsive and friendly and super helpful when messaging her. Would definitely stay here again!!!
