Sleep to the calming sounds of surf & cooling sea breezes. Very quiet & leafy property with an organic garden. 4 minutes walk to secluded Bungan Beach. Surf good waves, explore the rockpools & view a classic sunrise, at Bungan Beach. Relax on the deck with a glass of wine, taking in the views of Northern beaches, Newport, Bilgola and Central Coast.

You have your own full kitchen and a combined bathroom laundry. For comfort you have ceiling fans & A/c.

Short walk to Collaroy Beach & rock pool, Long Reef Beach, Headland, Marine Park, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, clubs, a golf course & tennis courts. Bus stops to Manly, Palm Beach and Sydney CBD are a 10 min walk to Pittwater Rd. A private undercover area has a BBQ and daybed. The Studio includes separate kitchenette, laundry facilities and separate bathroom. Combined bedroom, dining and comfortable TV lounge space.

Light and airy one bedroom garden flat with beachy feel. It has a queen sofa bed, and comfy double bed. Located just a 20 minute level walk from North Narrabeen Beach and lagoon, 5 minutes from Warriewood Square and across the road from the Warriewood Wetlands. Bus stop located across the road and easy wlk to B line bus into the city. Please note the shower and toilet are located in the external laundry an not in the flat itself. There is no ensuite in the flat.
