Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Warrington

There were just 2 of us on this trip, but plenty of room for extended family. We would stay again if in the area.

Caroline was such an amazing host! This house was absolutely perfect. It was only 13 minutes to the beach. The king sized beds in all of the bedrooms was so nice. She also has a day bed & a trundle in the upstairs bedroom and lots of extra beds that you can use if needed. She has plenty of beach towels & beach supplies in the garage. If you have little ones, she has a crib, high chair, pack & play, toys, books, and toy chests full of toys, and kids cups/dishes in the kitchen. She also has board games for family game night! The laundry room had everything I usually have at home. I really appreciated that. The privacy fence in the backyard was perfect for our dog. This was his first vacation. He is very anxious, but he did great on this trip. Caroline made us feel like we were at home. The kids loved the house, too. I don't have any negative things to say about this stay. This house has everything and more. We would love to stay here again!

This house was amazing the pictures do not do it justice. Very nice and comfortable all amenities that you could ask for in a Airbnb. Cozy and clean, great location away from the chaos of being next to the beach but an easy drive to get to said chaos. Lots of restaurants around the area. When we go back I hope this house is available for us to stay again!

this definitely was such a a great stay. Me, my husband and my 2 kids stayed. it was quite, clean, close to the beach.. if we are ever back in Pensacola id definitely stay here again. host was great. responsive & over all this was the perfect stay!! thank y'all so much. we enjoyed it more than words can describe. so clean,. comfortable, cozy. I wish i could give more than 5 stars because it's OUTSTANDING... 10 out of 10!!!!!! thank y'all. God bless you!!!!!!

The house was really nice and just like the pictures! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet, and check-in was super easy. I would definitely stay here again!

The place looks just like the pictures. We came here with 8 people (3 adults, 3 teenagers, and 2 kids) and there was so much space for everyone. It was nice to be able to be in a shared space but also have enough room for everyone to be in our space at times. The house came stocked with a good starting number of necessities - toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, etc. (We were there a week). The beds were comfortable, the TVs in the room were a nice addition, and the kitchen was probably my favorite part of the house because it was so big and spacious. The location of the house is perfect; we went to beach in Navarre one day, Destin 45 min out another, and Pensacola 1hr out another day. The host also was very responsive in answering questions. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great location!!!!! Love the vibe from the moment you walk in the door. Great attention to detail and the host was very responsive. The living room tv speakers were blown and the owner had someone come over right away with a new tv.!!!!! Great customer service!!! Would definitely recommend !!!!!!

We stayed 5 days here for family vacation and It was super cute and housed my family perfectly! We loved the pool and it wasn’t too far from the beach. it also had beach chairs and umbrellas which was a plus.

Loved staying in this beautiful Airbnb. Anything we need we found inside this home. Being able to use the beach chairs was a plus. Home was clean and Clifton was very helpful and responsive. Have a view of the gulf course was great. We have a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Everything was close driving distance from the home.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Our host was incredibly responsive, and helpful with recommendations. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming for guests. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, beach gear, and a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I would and will absolutely book again!

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic stay. I’m from Molino, she’s from Palm Coast and hasn’t spent much time in our area. Our place was affordable and centrally located. This was a workcation and she needed a dependable Wi-Fi signal and a space with plenty of light for her remote work. The bathtub was huge, the sinks were rounded tempered glass, everything we needed was available, there was a second bedroom that we didn’t even use and a patio. The bonus was being five minutes from everything . . . . . the library, bookstores, restaurants and the movies. We visited the beach, hit the seafood market and strolled through the Veterans Memorial Park. The only thing we didn’t get to do together was use the fireplace, but we made a lot of memories. Our 9 day stay was THE BEST!!! Super clean, close to beach, enjoyed it being located in an historic district, walkable to shops and restaurants. We would definitely book this beautiful, restored home again.

This is our second time staying at one of Gary’s properties and it did not disappoint. Beautiful interior, all the amenities that you would need and only a short drive to the beach. Perfect for vacation :)

Tony had a wonderful property manager to communicate with during our stay. Cynthia was super responsive, friendly & helpful. the kitchen had EVERYTHING our large family needed. The luxury roll our beds were perfect for our use and thr beachfront patio hot tub was a favorite among us. Breakfast in the resort was accessible to owners only- not weekly renters so that was a bummer but outside Tony's control. We had a beautiful BEAUTIFUL luxury stay here.
