Beachfront holiday rentals in Warwick Parish

We were in town for a wedding. I share the space with my sisters’s family…. The place was more than adequate for eight of us. Swimming was perfect….lots of gear to use. Snorkeling was an unexpected surprise. Lots of coral and fish to see. Neighborhood was very friendly. We were always greeted with a friendly hello.

Warf Cottage is amazing and Colin was a fantastic host. This is an historic home with tons of character and you can see the crystal blue water from every room in the house! Amazing views to wake up to, dine outdoors and relax by the dock. We rented a boat from a very close by watersports outfitter and were able to utilize the dock on property, paddle boards and kayaks, snorkel gear (all provided) are also great as the property is in a protected bay area. Sandy's Parish is residential so you will live more like a local than a tourist-which we loved. Bus stops are located just up the road as well as the bike trail converted rail line. Colin was super responsive prior to our stay and Gary helped with all needs once we arrived- (even went above and beyond and gave us a lift to the grocery store on arrival). The place is clean and well appointed. For our family stay, 3 bathrooms and 3 showers was a huge plus and had to find!

My wife and I loved our stay at Kim’s and Everett’s place. Everything was perfect and the view from your private deck is absolutely amazing, as is the private beach. The apartment is well equipped and the bed is comfortable. Kim and Everett are both warm and caring hosts. We definitely hope to return at some point in the future.

Sea Song is beyond special. To wake up and see and hear the turquoise sea right there is just wondrous. And our own beach! Everything we needed was provided. The place is magical. We even had a rainbow over the sea beyond the house. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a great time at Sand Dollar. Gordon was very helpful and accommodating, as was Andre our driver. Andre is a true national treasure!! The rental itself is very nice and you can’t beat the view. The private beach is beautiful. Would definitely recommend for those looking to stay outside of town and have a space of their own during their Bermuda vaca!

Gregory is a wonderful host who genuinely wanted to make sure we were comfortable. The place is clean and beautiful. He put a lot of thought into his Airbnb, making sure there were extra towels, blankets, hair dryer, and even had a snorkeling equipment along with beach towels and an umbrella. He also gave us local recommendations for beaches and restaurants. He was extremely accommodating especially when we had a mishap at the airport on our first day. Thank you, Gregory, for your hospitality and kindness. We shall be back!

What a beautiful location! We saw whales while sitting at our breakfast table gazing out over the ocean! The beach, although a bit lengthy walk, was beautiful and worth every step it took to get there. Very private, incredible views in every direction and nice chairs waiting for us! Malcom's father, Van, was our 'go to' guy for our visit. He answered all questions, was very helpful and took care of any requests we had. The cottage was clean, the linens were spotless and we had most everything we needed. The use of the washer and dryer was great and allowed us to pack light. The pool was clean and welcoming. It was a bit chilly to swim, but the view of the ocean was beautiful from the pool area. We rented an electric car, and having a charger on site was convenient. We were 20 min from the dock yard, and 5 minutes from a grocery store, and there are beautiful beaches all along our most traveled routes. Bermuda is beautiful, and Malcom's cottage was the perfect place!

10/10 can’t wait to go back!!!

We spent a week at Kingston House with Marlie and was very impressed with the accomodations and how welcoming Marlie was to us. If your looking for a great place to stay I highly recommend contacting her. She is always booked up so I recommend booking months in advance to get a room. The room we stayed in was very nice and clean and perfect for just the 2 of us. It's a short 10 minutes walk to get to town for all your shopping needs or for dining out at some of Bermuda's restaurants. We thank you for making our visit an enjoyable experience.

Maria was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She even offered to pick us up from another Airbnb location and was always happy to help with any questions we had. It was especially thoughtful of her to offer us a lift when we needed to go somewhere nearby. The apartment we rented was spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen was excellent—fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking, with all kind of appliances. I was pleasantly surprised to find thoughtful extras like hairspray and aloe vera, yoga mats. The large pool was very beautiful. Taking a swim after the beach was amazing! The property sits on a hill, offering spectacular views of Bermuda. We also used the barbecue when we wanted to cook outside. Another highlight was the access to a private beach—it was wonderful. It’s about a 10-minute walk downhill. We truly had a wonderful experience! Thank you Maria and Craig and your beautiful family!

It was the perfect base for my trip, and I'd return in a heartbeat. Having just a 15-minute walk to Front Street made it an ideal location (without paying at least triple the price for a fancy hotel room). The home was serene — on a cloudy day I just read by the pool instead of going to the beach and couldn't be happier. Marlie was welcoming, friendly and a great communicator who clearly cared about her space. And as a special bonus, the house dog Una is the absolute sweetest.

This was a great spot- directly across the street from the beach where we were married 33 years ago. The room was just as described. The bed was comfy; the bathroom, huge. A small refrigerator and a microwave , plus a hot water kettle. We were able to make instant coffee, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and heat up leftovers. We explored the beaches on the south and we were able to catch a bus to St. George and Hamilton easily. On the cloudy and rainy day we went to the zoo and aquarium. Best $10 we ever spent. Alondra provided a bus schedule which we used as our Bible to get around -that was wonderful thank you. there is a store a half a mile down the hill and a half a mile back up or you can take the bus just down the street to another market which we did a couple times. We walked to the Gulf Stream restaurant, which is right across from horseshoe Bay- that was about a 10 minute walk. or the other option is you can take the bus. We will definitely be back.

Kamel’s place is located perfectly, closest to the best beach in Bermuda - Warwick long bay. We managed to see sunrise there and it was breathtaking, just 10 minutes from the apartment. The apartment itself has everything one need, especially beach chairs, umbrella and towels came in handy. Hosts helped a lot answering promptly even during Christmas break. It was a pure bliss. Would stay again.

We instantly felt at home in this wonderfully homely venue. Though furniture and set up quite "dated" this added to the charm, felt just like my Grandma's house particularly the Portmeirion pottery - rather special to find in an air BnB! The size of the property was incredibly spacious for just the two of us. The private beach isn't the most easy to access but that's because you are right on the cliff top, the edge of Bermuda. For the views it's worth the climb down to the beach (but not great for those who may not be as mobile). Really appreciate Malcolm and Katie's friendly and relaxed approach, and the flexibility around both check in and check out. Of the 4 places we stayed, we are so pleased that we stayed here last as it was the perfect final place.

Cheerful place, the pool was lovely, the room was sparkling clean and well maintained through the week, right across the road from two stunning beaches and right next to bus stops to pop up and down the island. Very accommodating on our late flight and checking us in in the evening. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Malcolm's place. The location is perfect for a Bermuda vacation. The view is awesome and the private beach is a plus. Perfect amount of space for 2 people with adequate parking. We hope to return in the future.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Malcolm‘s wife. She was so friendly and showed us around the property. The views at Malcolm‘s place are unmatched. We rented a electric car and rode all around the island and we’re most excited to get back to this location. you can’t beat the views and the beach 10 out of 10 would highly recommend. This Bermuda property is paradise perfected. The view—a 200-degree sweep of turquoise water—feels like the edge of the world. The cozy bungalow has all you need to unplug; with grocery delivery, you could vanish for a week. A private beach offers serene, hour-long walks, while a $5 bus ride from the property’s base unlocks Horseshoe Bay, Dockyard, Hamilton, Crystal Caves, or St. George. Skip pricey taxis and savor a rum swizzle poolside as the sun sets—pure magic. The host and team are warm and responsive, making you feel like family. I’ve traveled from Santorini to Costa Rica, but this gem stole my heart. We’re scheming our return. Book this haven; it’s a soul-stirring escape you’ll obsess over.
