Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Wasatch County

We came here for a family reunion loved our time here. Easy to get to and lots to do with the family. Private and beautiful backyard was great for evening hangouts, and the game room plus play set entertained kids for hours when the adults needed to relax. Rooms were accommodating and the theater room was great for movie nights.

The house is beautiful and very affordable. Brandon was great to work with always very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Just stayed here one night. It was a perfect location and so clean. He would respond very quickly if I had any questions. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

A quick but lovely getaway in beautiful PC. Mark’s guidebook was full of helpful info about the area. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfy, the library was so warm and cozy to sit and read a book. The hot tub was amazing. Walking to Main Street is so convenient. We will be back, thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your perfect home!

This little house is so cute. Spotless, well designed, comfortable, bright, great view, cozy, and well maintained. This place is a dream. The sound of the river at night while falling asleep was my favorite. We sat out back and watched the river go by in the afternoon. It has a comfortable couch and a really large TV, great for watching shows. The nearby restaurant had amazing pulled pork nachos. We would love to stay here again! I would give this place six stars if I could.

The location was close to everything we needed to access! Our family had plenty of room and truly enjoyed our stay!

I've had many wonderful Airbnb stays. This is the new pinnacle of excellence. Jeff is truly the best host ever - amazing communication, incredibly helpful, truly a "host" in ever sense of the term. The property is fantastic - just as described and pictured. We are already talking about next year's stay at this same property. The thoughtfulness that Casago has put into every detail is remarkable. I had never stayed in Heber City before. It's a 20 to 25 minute drive to the Park City Mountain base area, yet this did not affect our satisfaction with the stay. To the contrary, there are plenty of great restaurants in Heber and Midway, a grocery store practically around the corner, and a Walmart less than 5 minutes down the road. The spaciousness and amenities in this home far exceed anything we could have gotten in Park City proper - certainly for the price point. Jeff, thank you for making this trip very special for my family.

Wow - I found this home 6 months in advance to planning a Camp Bachelorette party of my dreams. This house and stay is what dreams are made of! The property is stunning and our group enjoyed all the amenities. We relaxed and prepared meals in the beautiful kitchen. We all talked about how we want to come back. The host were responsive to all communications in a timely manner.

This was a great rental for our time in Park City! We loved being able to walk to Main St. It was very clean and nice!

Fantastic place and host. Used to live in Heber. Have stayed in many Airbnbs and Ana's is absolutely one of the best. Location close to everything but outside the noise and traffic of town. Very quiet and private. Anna and her husband are super host and very responsive to any need or request. Would, and will, recommend this Airbnb to the everyone I know that might be visiting the area, including Park City.

This place was just what we were looking for. It was close to the places we wanted to go, it was clean, quiet and peaceful, the surroundings were beautiful, and the price was reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed a lovely stay: we visited the Natural History Museum of Utah, and as suggested by our hosts, the Butte Gardens; both were interesting and good to visit. The accommodation was perfect: spacious and comfortable, with many thoughtful extras which helped to make our stay restful and enjoyable. Worth a trip to Mirror Lake. Nice walks. A great place to unwind.

Had a great stay for a couple of nights. Was looking for something in walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants, and hiking. Ticked all those boxes. Favorite thing about the place was being able to go for a hike (Jenni's Trail) right from the front door! Nothing negative to say at all. Highly recommend!

Second time we are staying at Kathy’s place. We frequent the area for skiing events at Soldier Hollow and the location is perfect - close enough to skiing and at the same time right in the heart of Heber City within walking distance from most restaurants and shops. The place is not large but cozy and cute - enough for a couple or a family of 4. There’s even a small basement area with board games and a foosball table. In all, a very pleasant and convenient stay if you don’t need a lot of space.

this gem was exactly what we were looking for, close to everything without being in the middle of it all. everything was excellent and the trails right out back were an unexpected treat. breakfast coffee and evening wine on the patio were the best ways to start and end the day. the property had everything we needed and more, the layout was perfect and exactly as described! we had a small hiccup at the beginning of the stay but Mark was awesome, very responsive and helpful in working to resolve! 5 stars all around and we can't wait to book again ☺️

The pictures made it seem a bit bigger than it was but it was still very comfortable and met our needs! The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. It’s a little complicated to get in but the instructions were very clear, I just had to refer back to them many times! The hot tub is in a weird location and it closed at 9pm. There were plenty of towels and we all loved the smell of the body wash haha! The host was responsive and answered my questions and overall we had a great time and are so grateful we got to spend time together there! Thank you!!

Place was great, resort staff was great. My only concern that was completely out John’s control was the WiFi. It was completely open, meaning other people could see and login to your streaming device. This happened several times on the TVs. I eventually just used my phone as a hotspot. Don’t use the resorts WiFi, it was completely unacceptable to not have the devices isolated from each other.

We truly enjoyed our experience here. The place was extremely clean, quiet, and near walking trails. The condo was also near historic downtown Park City.

If you are going to ski Solitude or Brighton, stay here. It is a joy just to be in these sunlit rooms. From the windows you can see a ski lift dropping off skiers on a Solitude ski trail. Put your boots on in the room and walk to skiing. Afterword you can take a soak in the hot tubs that are right next door. Bring your groceries from Salt Lake City (no supermarkets up here) and you can prepare your meals in a fully equipped kitchen with the fireplace nearby. If any problems arise, Ben takes care of them quickly with rapid communication. And by the way, check-in is a breeze. You may not think about this, but having your car parked in a heated garage makes winter travel a lot easier too. Loved my stay.

Superhost does not begin to describe how helpful Paul was. He was the single most helpful Airbnb host I have ever had, extremely responsive, proactive, and with great restaurant recommendations upon request. The location is perfect for skiing with ski valet bringing your skis right to the gondola and free lockers for all ski gear so you don’t have to store anything inside the room. Free shuttle service from the hotel to anywhere in Park City is basically a free Uber so we didn’t need to think about getting a rental car. This is true ski in, ski out where you don’t have to walk more than 500ft in boots. Starbucks is available in the building, and amenities (including steam room shower) are amazing. 10/10 would stay here again and can’t wait for the opportunity to come back again.

I enjoyed my month stay here. It’s a nice safe area and a 10 minute drive to downtown Park City and 35 minute drive to downtown SLC. Beautiful area and lots of great hikes. The Airbnb was very clean and cozy. The pullout couch was notably great! I loved the fireplace! If I’m back in the area, I’d definitely check to see if this is available!
