Enjoy tranquility in this serene neighborhood just 10 minutes from downtown with easy freeway access. Lots of shopping & eats are within a few minutes' drive. This is a 2-story 1150 sqft back house on a 1/2 acre, with a saltwater pool, kids swingset & Free WiFi. Amenities: full kitchen, full bath, laundry rm, living rm with 60" smart tv, an extra large 600sqft upstairs bedroom with a 55" smart tv. Bedroom has 2 queen beds w/ memory foam tops. Living rm has a pull out queen bed. Sorry no parties.

Our road is bumpy in and steep in areas, but we have never had a guest not make it up here. This cottage is private, even though it is next to our residence. It has a 6' privacy fence. Once inside the gate,you are met with beautiful landscaping and a view of Lake Isabella and the surrounding mountains that are well worth the drive.The cottage is set for 1-2 adults.

This was the perfect stay for a few months. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and the living room was cozy and comfortable. We really enjoyed the generously sized walk in closet and the bedroom was the perfect place to rest.

Classic Historic downtown perfection!

We stayed at Rhonda's rental in early June 2025. The unit was wonderful and very comfortable. It felt like "home" immediately. It was well stocked and renovated, had plenty of space, and was quiet. The unit is the first floor in a beautiful renovated historic home in a wonderful neighborhood. Walking the few streets nearby, the homes were all very distinct from each other, many homes had fun lights strung up which made for a magical atmosphere in the evenings. Jastro Park is right across the right, a great place to picnic or relax, there are pickleball courts, etc. The house itself currently has a putting green in the backyard which my son enjoyed. It is also within walking distance of downtown, great restaurants including the Padre Hotel, the Fox Theater usually has great shows and events. Overall, it was exactly what was advertised and what we needed. Rhonda is very communicative and available via the Airbnb site and app. Thank-you for a wonderful stay!

Staying at Maurenn means staying at home. It's like visiting a dear aunt. A kind and helpful person who is always ready to help you. The house is very large and there is plenty of space. Very quiet even at night, quiet area. We were able to wash and dry our clothes and use the kitchen that was available to us. En-suite bathroom, drinking water available and coffee and milk included for breakfast. 100% recommended
