Rebecca's place was perfect for our family of 4. Good location, easy to get to the neighboring towns. We saw a NW Arkansas Naturals game while in town, visited the cutest little downtown area and farmer's market and went on a short little day trip to Rogers for some shopping. Very clean, loved the thoughtful little snacks and bottles of water in the fridge. Would recommend and would stay there again.

This air bnb was great for our group. It was walkable to some places, although not to as many restaurants as we had hoped, but overall good and safe location. The hosts did a great job communicating and the place was clean. Very cute place and comfy living room for hanging out on our girl's trip!

We enjoyed the location and the convenience to campus. The home is decorated nicely and was very clean. The beds are super comfortable with memory foam mattresses and nice linens. The only category I didn’t give was the price. But all rentals are over priced in Fayetteville especially for graduation weekends. I would stay here again!

Great place to stay! Very easy to walk to campus, Dickson St., or the Razorback Greenway. Beautiful decor, nice amenities, and very spacious! Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice little place just 1.5 miles from the UofArk campus and all that Fayetteville offers. Perfect for a campus visit, a game, or just visiting Fay if you want to save a little bit, you don’t need opulence, and you’re ok not being in the center of it all.

I stayed for s professional course that attracts visitors from around the world. this place was so nice many were very jealous of my stay here. Great spot.

Tamara was responsive and kind. There was a lovely basket of goodies waiting for us as well as a personal note. The condo was exactly as listed and worked perfect for our group. Everything was clean and comfortable. Walkable to sporting events at the University of Arkansas. We walked to the football stadium for the game and would be excellent accommodations for anyone attending other sporting events! Thank you!!!

Perfect spot for anything you want to do in NWA. Quick access to main highway. Close to campus and surrounding restaurants. Spacious and family friendly.

The host was 10/10! She was absolutely amazing! The location was superb and conveniently located in the middle of all the action (yet private and secure). Perfect for our daughter’s college orientation! We loved listening to the piano bar across the street from the balcony. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the host and accommodations!
