Hilltop Suite, Quiet Street

The suite has its own entrance in the back of the house and onsite parking in the driveway. You are in your own PRIVATE area that does not join with my living area in any way; we likely will never meet. The space is very updated and clean. Amenities include your own bathroom with a deluxe shower, an in-suite mini kitchen with stove and fridge, a small dining table, a couch, and a comfy queen bed. It’s approximately 15 mins to all main universities, the city center & all of the sports arenas.

This lovely place has a style of its own. Contemporary living at its best! It is Conveniently located in Mt Washington on the bus line, walking distance to the trolly, and close to all major highways; you won’t have any issues getting around. Comes with both on and off street parking, brand new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen including a dishwasher. New furniture. Large new smart flat screen TVs in the bedroom and living room. This place is definitely a must!
