My sweet little house of light is located in a private beach/boating community located on Narragansett Bay. The downstairs apartment is ideal for two. You'll have your own entrance and as much privacy as you'd like. It has a full kitchen, bath, living room, and washer/dryer. The beach is a 1/4 mile shaded walk. We are just over 1 mile from downtown Historic Wickford Village, and just 10 miles from famed Newport or the Narragansett Town Beach (arguably the most beautiful beach in RI).

This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The house, located on the mainland in South Kingstown, is called "The Havana Club" because that is the name of Cuba's most famous rum, and because I have many years' experience going there. This space is a separate apartment, approximately 800 sq ft. Outside is a spacious lawn, hammock, outdoor shower with hot water, picnic table, grill and chiminea. Two miles from the ocean, in a vacation area, so much to do and see and enjoy.
