A home away from home. At 13 Lester, we can provide guests a choice when booking, to book as a one bedroom with pull out sofa (sleeps 4) or as a 2 bedroom with pull out sofa (sleeps 6). Since we have a high demand for parties of 2 the listing is priced for the one bedroom with pull out option. If you need or want the second bedroom opened up just book the unit as listed and message us to request the 2nd bedroom. We will send a request through the app for the additional fee of $50 per night

Our online calendar is our best guideline of what MAY be available given our busy family and friends schedule. We strive get back to you quickly so you can either stay with us or make other plans! Also please no last minute requests - we need 24 hours notice for a reservation. We have three rooms available.Two rooms have queen beds and now we have one twin bedroom adjacent to the master guest bedroom. This room is ideal for kids, but also parent/child or two friends traveling together.

New washer/dryer, kitchen fully stocked with pots/pans, spices, etc. Large deck, patio set, and a grill. Large living room, couch, TV, Wi-Fi. Private deck off of master suite. Beach chairs available. The backyard has two outdoor showers, a fire pit and plenty of room for corn hole, which is included.

Sugar Loaf Hill second floor room

My space is the entire second floor which includes a large bedroom with queen size bed and tv. You have your own thermostat and window air conditioner in the summer. My house is approximately 10 minutes from the beach and within walking distance to several local restaurants and small shops. I'm about 1/2 mile from the bike path also. There is only one bathroom in the house on the first floor but I do try to work around everyone's needs as I know they are mostly here for vacation.

Newport has one of if not the most expensive hotel rates in the USA... Sleeps 5 Folding screen door in the blue room. Also a stand up desk in the same room. Full kitchen. Fab newly decorated suite in 1957 home set on a private pond near Watch Hill, RI. Private entrance with mini kitchen, fridge,microwave, portable induction cooktop,toaster,coffeemaker- every thing but the kitchen sink! Please note: there is no kitchen sink nor oven.
