Apartment holiday rentals in Washington

We needed a place to stay overnight for a trip to DC with our young grandkids. Meredith’s apartment had everything we needed with the added bonus of off street parking. Meredith was very easy to communicate with and very friendly. She provided detailed instructions that made it easy to find the parking and access the apartment. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had a great experience.

Nicely decorated place with great hosts. The only watchout is that the ceiling is kind of low and I had to be careful to not hit my head (I am 6').

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Joe’s Airbnb when we came into town for Project Glow! The place was exactly as it was shown in the listing, super easy to access, and had lots of great amenities that made our trip very comfy. We made full use of the kitchen, which included a coffee maker, water boiler, and a nice assortment of teas, and the place also had a washer/dryer and nice shower. The place was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had plenty of space for the two of us. It’s a quick rideshare to the downtown area; the surrounding area isn’t the nicest, but the Airbnb was in a quiet area and we felt safe during our time there. Joe was also super responsive and helpful during our stay. Overall, would definitely stay again if in the area!

Have you ever felt like a host read your mind?? No really, like your phone says low battery and you look to the left and a charger literally pops out of the couch and provides instant juice... that's Kristen's place. I booked this Jazz-inspired suite for a quick date night/getaway and it truly exceeded every expectation. As a music junkie, it was a pleasure to be able to dust off my middle school piano lessons (I've still got it) and take my recording home with the complimentary USB drive she gave! The abundance of natural light brightens the entire unit. The place was super clean. I felt at home. Snacks and even Mambo Sauce were available. The vintage microphone lights, photos, vinyl albums to play on the record player, an old school jukebox, and the real jazz instruments all added to the ambiance. The bed was comfy but I didn't bring great pj's, so I opened the closet door to a robe fit for lounging. Kristen read my mind, and she'll read you. She'll read yours too! 5⭐

This condo was beautiful! Everything was just as listed and Matt was a great host. Will definitely be staying again!!

This place was exactly what I needed - clean, calm and exactly as advertised. The design was well laid and thoughtful, with a couple of places to dress in the morning (perfect when two people both need to do their hair), a place to eat, a comfortable couch and a very nice television. The extra touches were nice too, a washer/dryer, an iron, a stove and a kitchen with coffee and cream already in place - no shopping needed. Just around the corner is the Big Bear Cafe, which is a great spot for a bite. And the house is close to public transport, so it’s easy to get in and out of the city. Ivan was kind and responsive as a host. Check-in and check-out were easy. You could tell they put thought and care into hosting and it all went smoothly.

We loved the apartment. It was perfect for our DC experience. It’s about a mile to the Metro, a Lyft/Uber was always around the corner, 10-15 minutes to the National Mall, depending on traffic, but the area is very quiet and peaceful at the same time. The park across the street is lovely. There was always plenty of parking. Alexandria and Mount Vernon are also a quick drive from the apartment. The apartment itself was comfortable and impeccable! I had one question the night we arrived and the response was immediate and helpful. We will look for this place again next time we visit DC. Thanks for helping make our vacation special.

This condo in Washington was such a fun and charming place to stay! The space was immaculately clean, and the décor was both stylish and cozy. We especially loved riding scooters around the neighborhood, which added a fun and adventurous touch to our stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and any questions a breeze. You can really tell they care about their guests having a great experience. Would absolutely stay here again — highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and comfortable stay in Washington!

Really enjoyed staying at this location, very convenient and close to restaurants and public transport. Great to bring your fur babies, probably best for smaller dogs. You should just be aware there is like no grass in DC before you bring your pets lol! Overall a great experience and the location was so clean with not much noise surprisingly for the area.

We had a great weekend stay-cation in this condo! The location is great and very walkable to many different things - restaurants, grocery stores, convenient stores, etc. The check-in process was seamless with Leslie’s thorough instructions. The condo was extremely clean and tidy. There were snacks and waters available as well as plenty of towels and toiletries. Leslie was very easy to get a hold of and very timely with responses to any questions we had. Overall we felt very safe and comfortable here and would absolutely book this location again!

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

We had a great stay here for a long weekend in DC! We mostly drove and ubered so the location worked for us. The place is clean and has everything we needed to make breakfast in the mornings. Enjoyed the charming George Washington wallpaper!

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

The place was very nice, clean and quiet. The apartment is spacious and has anything you need in the kitchen. The linens are soft and the bed comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious and the shower incredible. There are good restaurants nearby, a gym in the building and the neighborhood is very interesting. Kenny is an incredible host always given us the support and attention we need. He sent us a basket of fruits as a gift.

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

This condo is highly recommended. The host is very easy to work with and provides beautiful and comfortable accommodations. The condo is incredibly close to the Friendship Heights Metro stop along with a list of other shops, restaurants, and grocers. The building is easy to navigate and quiet. Everyone really keeps to themselves. I truly enjoyed my stay, felt safe, and would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

Where do I start? This was the most perfect place to stay. From the ease of the check-in process to the amenities offered, this was the best AirBNB experience ever. The room looks even better than in the pictures for starters. It was the perfect amount of space for all 6 of my family members. The amenities offered for the kiddos were a game room, pool, and there were activities for all ages hosted by the resort most evenings. Any kind of restaurant you could think of was within walking distance & some even offered a 10-20% discount for staying in the area. The rooms were clean upon arrival. I had 2 issues during my stay and they were resolved within 5-10 minutes of me texting the provided number. Unheard of. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The concierge service even helped us planned our Washington DC activities for the day. I cannot rant and rave enough about this accommodation. Don’t hesitate to book. Do it now!

Brooke was very helpful in our booking and gave great suggestions. The place at National Harbor was exceptional and from the check in to the check out, the staff were extremely helpful and went above & beyond. We had a great rental that exceeded our expectations.

Trip went very well worth every penny. Owner was very helpful answered whenever we called to help with check in gave us no problems about playing music on their Alexa or living room tv. Would get again for another trip.
