Located in lower elevation which makes for easy level driving conditions and walking. Minutes from the Incline beaches, tennis courts, recreation center, two gyms, two golf courses and several amazing hiking and biking trails. Two grocery stores and a handful of fantastic restaurants all within minutes. Minutes from casino gaming in both directions.

Cabin is not set up for 5 or 6 individual adult guests as there are only two beds.. Remodeled with new carpet in the living room and downstairs bedroom, new flooring in the kitchen/dining area, and new shower stalls in both bathrooms. Well behaved SA and ESA's accepted with restrictions. 1.5 miles to the Lake!

Staying at our place is escaping to a wonderful Lake Tahoe vacation spot while still enjoying all the comforts of home. You will relax in a renovated two level, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo in the Mountain Shadows Complex of Incline Village. Plenty of space for any family of 4. You are minutes away from skiing in the winter and water amenities in the summer while you get to enjoy beautiful sunsets and a peek of the lake from our deck all year round
