Apartment holiday rentals in Washoe County

We had a great stay at this lovely condo! It was clean, comfortable, and had all the typical amenities we needed. The beach was just a simple 10-minute walk away, and the location was perfect—conveniently situated for outdoor activities like hiking, boating, and swimming. The town is charming, near the lake, and only about a 45-minute drive to the Reno airport. Overall, it worked well for us.

Linda's place was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed, with good quality of tableware. Everything is exactly as described. Very well maintained and clean condo. My family and I had a great time, we hope it is available next time we go to Incline Village! Thank you Linda!

Michelle was a very attentive host! The Airbnb also does not feel like an Airbnb—it truly feels like a home. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. It is also incredibly clean!

We loved Traci's townhouse. Really ideal for a couple. The location was incredible, like a block from the Lake, and absolutely surrounded by (very well spaced) luxury, multi-million dollar homes. Architectural wonders. Great experience!

We enjoyed staying in Simon's place. The location right on the Truckee River was great, and we had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

Spectacular views from living area. Close to town, walkable to Diamond Ski Great thrifting in the area! Wonderful restaurants, really enjoyed Bite Tapas, Raley's grocery very nearby. Lots to do in the area but quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend to disconnect.. Ryan was extremely responsive. It is a time share location, everything went smoothly with check in. The unit we had was to the right of the main office, got noisy with others checking in and staff standing below & speaking below our windows. Multiple stair flights for the condo but the views ! The place was very clean. The wifi is inadequate for work so expect to disconnect & vacation only. We did have to work some so it was hard doing so, impossible to do video meetings. We have At&t and that was painful too in the area. It needs major updating but it was very clean otherwise. Minimalistic but had everything we needed, and they provided anything we needed for our stay like detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo.

Stayed here for a few days while I was at a conference, very walkable to the lake and surrounding restaurants/grocery store. During my stay in May it was really quite and was a nice area.

We stayed here in late March/early April and it was the perfect spot to decompress for a few days, and we experienced both sunny and snowy days. The home is located in central Incline Village with easy access to stores and restaurants. Lots of places to go walk and hike as well. A quick trip in either direction will land you either at Kings Beach or Sand Harbor. A perfect location for the warmer months. My husband took advantage of the fresh snow and snowboarded at Diamond Peak, located just minutes from the home. The home is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home in terms of amenities and super clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, etc. and so we were able to cook most of our meals seamlessly. There is plenty of space for adults and kids, and Tom provides really clear instructions for the usage of the home, checking in and out as well. I would absolutely stay here again, and can't wait for the warmer months! :)

This penthouse has an incredible view of the city! We enjoyed our stay and perfect location for the hot air ballon race and 10 min to the airport which helped us with our very early flight, thanks for everything!

The place was as comfortable as it appeared, with every possible amenity to make the place feel like home. Our dog enjoyed the toys and pet bed, and we appreciated the snacks left for us as well. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is excellent and many cute businesses are walkable. The location is forested and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Great PH apartment . Close to downtown Reno without been in a questionable area. garage parking with private access. Great views of Reno. The apartment was clean, but carpets and toilets are stained. Beds were clean and comfy. All appliances were in great working order. TV was a hit or miss, but who cares? Our host was most gracious with no extra demands, except to remove garbage before departing. This will be my to go place for my next trip to Reno

Our family of 5 enjoyed staying at the condo. The location was great for skiing at Diamond Peak. The kitchen was clean and well stocked for cooking meals. The upstairs had an open floor plan and it was well decorated. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

My family loved her home and would love to visit again sometime in the future. Thank you

Janet and Zee's place is a wonderful place to stay with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room for a family. Three of the four bunk beds are full or queen size and comfortable. The private beach access required additional payment to the host, so we did not visit there. There's plenty to see around anyway. Very close to Sand Harbor!

Sandy , It was a blessing to find this hidden gem. If there was a 100star, we would definitely give you that. Kitchen was so great and equipped with so much utensils and cookware. For kids, there was so many different games to keep them busy. There was so much space for our family. Parking was so nearby. Loved the instruction binder. Checkin in was so easy and most importantly, you were so helpful even though we kept bothering you with our questions. You genuinely have a best place around the area with such a fair price.

Jay's place was very clean and we loved the location, central to incline village and in close walking distance to the lake.

Robin was very responsive to our questions, both in timeliness and helpfulness. We will strongly consider re-booking her place if we ever return to Incline Village. We had a great time exploring the Lake Tahoe area because our accommodations were the least of our concerns.
