La Petite Perthière

Situé sur Pont Varin proche de Wassy, pour les amoureux de la Nature, nous mettons à disposition notre petit chalet indépendant version "studio" de 30m2, situé au sein de notre propriété au bord d'un étang et à l'orée des bois. Il se situe proche de toutes commodités (supermarchés, maison médicale, pharmacie, boulangerie, boucherie ect..) à 1km ainsi que du Lac du Der à 15km, de ses plages et ses activités nautiques, accessibles par piste cyclable qui peut s'emprunter à 500m de notre logement.

Maison entièrement rénovée de 150m², spacieuse et moderne. Le petit-déjeuner est inclus dans votre séjour. La maison se situe dans un petit village calme, située aux alentours des lacs et leurs plages (Lac du Der, Lac de la Forêt d'Orient ), du Casino Joa à Giffaumont, du parc d'attraction Nigloland, du mémorial Charles de Gaulle à Colombey les Deux Églises, de la Ferme pédagogique du grand Der(frampas) et d'autres activités pour petits et grands. Places de parking dans la cour de la maison.

Gite entièrement rénové d'une surface de 70m² avec une grande pièce de vie et 2 belles chambres avec lits 2 places et un clic-clac convertible. Une salle de bain avec douche et WC séparé. Cours avec barbecue , table et chaises. Nous fournissons les draps, torchon et tapis de bain. Les serviettes de toilettes NE sont PAS FOURNIES. Nous sommes à 20min de Saint-Dizier et du Lac du Der. Une piste cyclable mène directement au Der. Nous sommes à 45 Kms de Nigloland; Boite à clés.

House on a 100 m2 floor located on a quiet street in Montier-en-Der. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (SENSEO), open to the living room including a living room. The floor consists of two bedrooms, one with a dressing room, air conditioning and TV for each bedroom, a sofa bed is also available on the mezzanine, then the bathroom.
