Il se situe proche de toutes commodités (supermarchés, maison médicale, pharmacie, boulangerie, boucherie ect..) à 1km ainsi que du Lac du Der à 15km, de ses plages et ses activités nautiques, accessibles par piste cyclable qui peut s'emprunter à 500m de notre logement.
