Waterfront Guesthouse II on the Rappahannock

The “Beach House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock (with guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.

A lovely oasis, Kingsmill on the James River (not part of Kingsmill Resort*) is adjacent to and was built by Busch Gardens and offers acres of preserved nature. This 1400 square feet condo, the largest two bedroom two full bathroom available in the newest section by the James River, walk to beach, spa, restaurants, playground. Condo has views of water in 3 seasons. *there's spa and beach access, for dogs too, but not pool...to use pool and resort, please book directly through Resort.

You'll be within biking distance to many local attractions such as Williamsburg Winery, Jamestown Island, Jamestown Settlement, Jamestown Beach, and Billsburg Brewery. The area is rich with historical sites. Be sure to visit Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. There is a shopping center with a Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance from the property.
