By far, this is my favorite place to stay on 30a. This is our second trip back to this condo and our fifth trip back to the Inlet Beach area!! The access to the water is perfect! The private beach access is the best. I have nothing but positive things to say and we will be back!

Condo is beautiful! Very clean, spacious and felt just like home! Great location nice and quite beautiful private beach! Literally steps from the back of the condo to the beautiful white sandy beach (exactly what we were looking for). Looking forward to our next stay…hopefully real soon!

This is THE spot hands down. Beautiful condo, location, & VIEW! Directly on water. Wonderful vacation. Brought my 5 year old and 6 month old. We will be back! This is the best condo on 30A IMO. Thank you for a great stay!

Our family of 4 enjoyed a wonderful week at the beach at this incredible rental!! The house was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, fully stocked in the kitchen, and conveniently located to the beach. We enjoyed the easy access from the patio when bringing back sandy beach gear and it made constant trips with little ones throughout the day very manageable. Our almost 7 year old had a difficult time getting into the top bunk but fortunately both girls were happy sleeping on the pull out couch. The unit only came with one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag so bringing extra would be helpful. Otherwise, we loved our stay and hope to come back in the future!

Kathryn is so kind and responsive! Her place is beautiful, very clean, and in a great area. We loved it! You are so close to many great restaurants and shops. A quick ride or decent walk to it all! We loved checking out all the local coffee shops in the area and being able to walk just a few steps to the beach. The stairs down to the beach are…fun..with a beach wagon haha, but not unmanageable. The beach and area around is quiet and very family friendly! We will be back for sure!

This was the perfect place for our family! Super clean and nicely renovated, easy beach access, beautiful view, lots of little touches that made it the perfect stay! We will be back!

My family and I came for 5 days and we had a wonderful stay at Jason’s. The place was extremely clean & well stocked for the essentials. My toddler enjoyed looking out the balcony daily at the boats and planes that passed by. This place was beautiful. Any questions or concerns I had they immediately replied to my messages. If I’m ever back in Santa Rosa I will be staying here again!

Let me first say how amazing Yana was with communication, instructions, local hot spot knowledge, she knows her stuff when it comes to this area. We stayed for 5 nights at her place and it was everything we wanted in a condo. The condo is GORGEOUS, the scenery was so beautiful, and the quiet piece of town it is in, is perfect! I love the HOA rules, it keeps riff-raff out and you don’t have to listen to loud music, parties, or any other annoying distractions. We enjoyed our stay here, more than any other place! From the moment we walked in, all we could say was wow (literally!). This home is absolutely stunning — it somehow looked even better in person than in the photos. Every space was thoughtfully designed and spotless, making it instantly feel like a dream vacation. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. We parked the car and didn’t touch it the whole trip — everything we needed was just a short walk or bike ride away, from the beach to restaurants to shops. Truly the best of Rosemary Beach. And the pool… absolutely amazing. It was a favorite spot for our kids, perfect for relaxing after the beach or just hanging out during the day. We’ve stayed in a lot of great rentals, but this one was something special. We’d come back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.

Gorgeous property just steps from the beach! Very responsive host who allowed us to stay last minute and check in early. All the beach accessories you could need! The lovely deck overlooking the ocean was fabulous. Wish we would’ve booked this place sooner!

This was our second year staying at Wine n Shine, and it was just as incredible as the first. Britani is an amazing host—super responsive, thoughtful, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The condo itself is spotless, comfortable, and feels like a home away from home. Every detail is well thought out, and you can tell Britani takes great pride in making her guests feel welcome. We’ve already decided we’ll be back for a third year. We just love this place—and the host—even more each time we stay. Highly recommend!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay. The accommodation was exactly as listed. Perfect location right on the beach. Walkable to 30A restaurants and coffee. Perfect for bringing our small dog. Zac was great with communicating. Our trip was scheduled for the day after hurricane Helene and we were unsure if we would be able to make it there. Zac understanding and flexible in case we had to alter our plans. Fortunately it didn’t impact our trip. Appreciate the set up of beach chairs and umbrellas. That was super helpful. Will definitely return.

We loved staying here! It was the perfect little place for a little getaway for my husband and I before we started our family vacation.

Mina was amazing! She responds within a few minutes or immediately. This place was amazing! It is right on the beach and we even had two chairs and an umbrella waiting for us every single day that was included. The kitchen had anything anyone could want. It was squeaky clean and beautiful! The recommended restaurants were great! The shopping was very close to the Pottery Barn. Mina even had beach towels and boogie boards for us. Everything was exceptional. The view was phenomenal and the sand was gorgeous. We had an absolute great time and everyone was friendly. Loved this one and will definitely go back. I would love to go back again this year. We had such an enjoyable and restful time. WiFi was awesome! Everything was great!!! Parking was right outside the door. Check in and out was easy as could be. Instructions were given and you didn’t have to worry about anything. The best place ever to stay!!!!! We will be back.

We stayed here for our babymoon and it was perfect location right in the heart of rosemary! Perfect size for two people, quiet, and clean! Walk to beach is more like 10 minutes if you're pregnant lol but my husband walked it alone in 5 minutes! Chairs and umbrella were sooo nice to have! Never had any issues whatsoever! Would stay here again for sure!

This was my first time staying in Seaside, and this condo did not disappoint. The location was amazing. Literally steps from the beach. The condo itself was perfect for myself and 2 teens. It was very clean and tidy. Tricia was always super responsive and also helped me to find a local gym. I can see why this one has lots of 5 star reviews. If you are trying to decide, choose this one. You won’t be disappointed!

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect. Enjoyable, quick & easy walks to shopping, food, and the beach access. The condo itself was also perfect. Beautiful light and airy space plus a super comfortable bed.. It was just what we wanted for our long weekend beach trip!

This place was perfect for our family visit. We LOVED that the bikes are included, and easily accessible just downstairs. The area is very bike friendly, we did a daily morning ride over to Seaside and loved that part of our trip. This home in Seagrove is between two different great spots for dinner (The Big Chill, great for families, and we enjoyed the Perfect Pig). The beach access is an easy walk, nice to have a private beach spot minus the crowds. The house itself if lovely, just as pictured. Very clean, inviting and spacious.
