Holiday rentals with a patio in Waterford

I was happy to return to this beautiful & peaceful location for a 2nd time, a literal oasis this visit despite the rain. The design and amenities in the studio are stunning and make for a comfortable, effortless stay. Thankfully a sunny morning enabled an enjoyable lovely wander through the trails on the property, a great way to start my day! Bert is a superb host!

Paul's apartment is perfect for a visit to Mystic. It's cozy, well-appointed, and right in the heart of everything Mystic has to offer. The fact that it comes with parking and is pet friendly are also huge bonuses. We were only able to stay for one night this time but look forward to a return trip!

Susan's place is a nice, quiet, cosy little attic apartment. It is exactly as depicted in the photos and described in the comments (and in all the other reviews). The location is a quiet, residential street. The bed is comfortable. The shower works well. If you are as tall as I am (6'2''), you'll find yourself crouching in some parts, such as by toilet and getting in and out of the shower, but I was able to stand upright for most of the apartment. The location is convenient enough. It is possible to walk to/from the train station (about 20 mins) and to Downtown Providence (about 30 mins). I had only a backpack with me and was therefore able to use a Spin scooter to quickly get to/from the city. Overall, the place matched what I was looking for my short, two-day stay in Providence. Lovely town and environment. Very spacious and fully equipped apartment. The two bedrooms are separated from each other by the big kitchen, a little reading room and the living room…so good privacy. Two TVs. Comfy beds! The small town is an easy and pleasant walk. It’s a ground floor apartment under the owners house, so be prepared for the patter of little dog feet above. We did not see the owners but communication was terrific. Great place to stay in the vicinity.

Jason and Colleen were great hosts. The instructions they provided were timely and accurate. Their home was awesome. It was decorated with just the right amount of decor to feel comfortable - cottage chic. The back yard was perfect to relax in the evening with comfortable chairs. We even saw wild turkeys that reminded us of a home we had. The house was stocked with the basics and it was very clean. I especially appreciated kitchen hand towels that looked new/nice. And last but not least, the note and wine was very thoughtful.

We loved the home and yard. Beautiful is the best description with so many seating options. The house is bright and inviting. The hosts have done a great job decorating and providing so many amenities not even listed. I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone wanting a place to relax and enjoy what is there.

A perfect long weekend getaway for my wife, 2 toddlers and infant. Relaxing and great location. The little beach access just a short walk away was amazing. Already thinking about going back.

It was a great place & extremely peaceful. The air is the tiny bit salty. We slept will the windows cracked. I heard a bird call at night, that got me right to sleep.

Our family (two parents, one 8-year-old) had such a perfect week at the Mystic Manor! The house is deceivingly roomy and so comfortable. The backyard is private and magical and perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. We basically didn’t have to get in our car for a week— if you like walking to EVERYTHING this is the place for you!!

Everything about this stay was perfect. From the location, to the surrounding activities to do, down to the most comfortable beds. We can’t thank Molly enough for making this an amazing stay. Thank you!!

Super cool villa so close to Mohegan. Beds were very comfortable and it was the easiest check in and entry! Loved the decor and vibe of the place!
