Excellent house. Easy to walk to local coffee shops and several breweries and restaurants. Very modern, clean and stylish house. Plenty of space. Great lighting and so many great picture windows. Safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We enjoyed it and will stay again. Thank you!!

I had a wonderful stay. The house is so charming and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. While the house is small, it doesn’t feel cramped in the least. You have everything you need in a very workable space. If I need a place in DM again, this will be my first choice.

Quiet neighborhood & the cozy home had the necessities we required. The hosts were friendly.

Brett’s place is one of our favorite places to stay. It is a very comfortable little house with great spaces to walk dogs. Brett told me about a wonderful Iowa nature trail very close by. It was so peaceful and quiet and my dogs loved it! We always enjoy our stay and Brett is a wonderful, friendly, helpful host! We will definitely be back again! We loved staying at the Gateway House! Angela was very kind and responsive. The location was incredible- close to lots of things in Des Moines, but didn’t feel busy or unsafe. This was also the most baby-friendly place I’ve stayed! It was so wonderful to be able to leave toys, cribs, and high chairs at home. It was a relief to know it had everything we needed for our little one, even outdoor toys! We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Easy to find and exactly what we expected from the listing.

We were a group of 11 and Jody was very helpful with our last min plans after another AirBnb cancelled on us last min. This is a yearly even that we do in Des Moines and look forward to booking from him in the future.

The place was conveniently located, very good size, and the price seemed reasonable. It did indicate that the evenings were loud with a bar/restaurant across the street, but we knew that going into it. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you so very much.

Beautiful and comfortable home! This house is a delight with lots of charming details and amenities. The house offers plenty of square footage with multi-use rooms and spaces throughout. The pool was beautiful, clean, and so much fun. We were in town to visit our son for his college graduation from Drake University. This home made the weekend even better for our family to celebrate the occasion. The location is close to everything and the neighborhood is historic and beautiful. We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the Des Moines area.

Great place, comfortable, tidy, had everything we needed, close to everything, walkable. Could not be more impressed with communication.

Very friendly host. The apartment has a lot of space, is very clean and easy to live in. When we come back we would love to rent this apartment again. Around the corner several good restaurants and a hyvee to get groceries.

Tiffany’s place worked out great for our party. Good convenient location. We had to make a slight adjustment to our plans and she was very accommodating.

This is a very nice home located in a very nice and quiet subdivision. The home was new and in excellent condition. This is a great home for families with plenty of room and an incredible furnished basement with lots of amenities. Vern was very helpful and a great host; we will definitely stay here again for future trips.

Brandon made it super easy to get into the Airbnb and made our exit instructions easy to follow. The location was beautiful and had so much to do! Will be coming back again!

Derek’s place was perfect for us and will be our go to place in Des Moines! Located in Valley Junction where there are great restaurants, shops, and two blocks from a lovely park where we could take our two dogs. The dogs also loved the fully fenced in backyard. This location is also so convenient to grocery stores and has a beautiful Sacred Heart Church three minutes away. This Airbnb not only had two big bedrooms downstairs but a lovely bedroom area upstairs with bathroom. Bright, airy, clean and great location!

It is a really nice house and perfectly located in Adel. It worked perfectly for us! Whitney was also very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend anyone staying here!

This is a beautiful home in a nice, clean, quiet neighborhood. It is very spacious with 2 living room areas on the main floor and another living room/game room area downstairs. The home was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The master bathroom is very spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again!
