Only 13 miles to the south ENTRANCE of Yosemite, about 35 miles to Badger Pass ski area, 47 miles to Yosemite Valley and only 3 miles to Bass Lake. Bird and wildlife friendly yard so expect "interesting" surroundings. Eco friendly. People from all walks of life are welcome here. Mandatory 1-vehicle parking from November-May, 4WD/AWD with tire chains required for the driveway in Winter or early spring. Yosemite National Park is now requiring park reservations on peak days. As this property is inside the Yosemite National Park gates, park reservations are included with this rental. Park entrance fees still apply.

We are centrally located to access Yosemite National Park through entrance. Bass lake is 10 min away from the home. They offer boat rentals and jet ski's for a day on the lake.
