Perfect stay in cozy historic venue with modern conveniences!

I will definitely be staying here eventing we visit family in Richmond, IN. Cynthia "Cindy" is a tremendous host who wants you to really feel at home and pays attention to the little things that pay off in a big way. From the bottled water in the fridge (much needed/appreciated) to the candy dish in the main that was a nice surprise when movie watching, to the snacks in the kitchen, and the well decorated, well maintained, and very presentable charm of her beautiful historic home with magnificent landscaping that highlights the tranquil koi pond. Great location, stupendous host, and marvelous property!! A MUST STAY!!

Hoot's place was ideal for our stay. The location was really convenient for getting to Cincinnati and Indianapolis and Hoot provided us with a really useful guide to local amenities. What a wonderful experience! Jeff was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The Airbnb was exactly as described! The Airbnb was very private very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay! The house is a nice open space and the fenced yard was great for our dogs.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The unit was adorable and well furnished. Very stylish. It had everything that we needed for a quick stay. WiFi was exceptional fast. Plenty of linen (towels, sheets, etc.). The host was accommodating and responsive. I think this is a great little place to stay and the price was wonderful.

Cute little loft that we enjoyed for our one night stay. Very friendly and responsive and short drive to Olde Schoolhouse Winery which is why we visited the area. Thanks for sharing your Airbnb. Would recommend.

What a lovely place! We were in town for our girls' soccer tournament in Oxford and this was a great escape for after the games. The kids enjoyed playing in the open wooded area, we grilled and relaxed. The space was incredibly clean and comfortable. It was also very close to the lake which we visited both nights to see the sunset. We will be back!

Originally booked just for myself, but two brothers and one spouse joined me. It was good for the four of us. We enjoyed cooking big breakfasts together, and the kitchen was suitably outfitted with cookware and utensils. The brother who slept on the sofa said it was very comfortable. Ryan was very helpful and responsive when we added people, needed additional linens, and had a question about the thermostat. He even left us a nice card upon arrival, knowing we were there to visit our elderly father who had just begun hospice care. We all agreed we would stay there again if there is another opportunity.

This house was perfect for graduation weekend! Spacious, clean, close to campus and priced fairly! Highly recommend.
