Comfortable vacation home with mountain views in Weaverville. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants and stores. There are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with a hide-a-bed queen sleeper and room for a blow up mattress or two in the living room. We have a queen blow up mattress that we will set up if you want to use it. Fully stocked kitchen. Coffee, tea, sugar, oil and other condiments on site. Pets are not allowed. There will be a $250.00 per unauthorized pet. Guest will be evicted.

We live close to the beautiful Trinity River & 30 minutes from the Trinity Alps. We share our beautiful home which has a studio and bathroom that have their own access separate from our home. We have kayaks and bikes that you can borrow. The studio has a kitchen that is well stocked. You can enjoy feeding our llamas and horses as well as get great recommendations for fishing, hiking and outdoor adventure. We have our pickleball court available and can borrow paddles/balls.

The house is beautiful - clean and welcoming - we felt right at home! The kitchen is well equipped - and part of the great room that looks out onto the river - The beds are big and comfortable - very luxurious - If you are not familiar with the area- Wi-Fi is spotty - but that is par for the course when you are out this far - There is Ping pong and games to keep everyone entertained- We will definitely book again!

Really great space. Beautiful garden with apricot and fig trees, well maintained vegetable garden. The cabins are really cute. No heat in the sleeping cabin which was perfectly fine but might be cold in winter. Read the instructions carefully, they are pretty strict about the sound ordinance and you will be charged for any day guests since Michelle's room is within earshot (you're basically sharing a yard). Make sure to be meticulous on exit as well, as unplugging electronics (including the fridge) and tucking patio chairs into the table is preferred. Thanks Michelle for the lovely accommodations, wishing you well!

Sweet spot on the Golf Course

I loved this place, you can't get much more convenient than this! The clubhouse and restaurant is a short walk away and you can watch others play right from the back porch. The kitchen,bathroom and living room had everything we could possibly need and any questions we had were quickly answered. I'd recommend this place without hesitation!
