Beachfront holiday rentals in Welcome Beach

Absolutely stunning location - saw loads of wildlife from the terrace, and an amazing view over the water. Property was also very well supplied with a super modern kitchen and ample bed and bath space. Will be back!

Christi and Jason’s place were exceptional and exactly how they mentioned it! The view was amazing and a super close walk to Gibson’s Landing. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone and would come back the next time I visit Gibsons!

This place is really special and exactly as it looks in the photos (but better in person!) We enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace in the mornings, and listening to the local birds in the trees that surround the cabin. The view from the terrace is really magnificent!! We also indulged in the wood fired hot tub to make the most out of the beautiful forest surroundings. This stay was really one to remember, and I'm already dreaming about coming back another time. The roadside parking space had plenty of room for one car, two vehicles would be a tight squeeze.

Everything was great! Bob was a fantastic host and the suite was very well equipped.

This spot is so beautiful. It has everything. The view is amazing, there’s a work out room, kayaks, hot tub, trampoline. We hope to return !

Lovely peaceful place with stunning views!Loved watching the many eagles, we even saw dolphins, otters and a seal. You could hear the waves and the breeze in the trees. There was a bear down by the rocky beach 2 days but Margo and Pat would send us a notice when they saw it on their shed security camera at the shore. Margo and pat live above the suite and are quick to respond to any questions. It was very clean and we enjoyed the fire table late evenings. The yard is beautiful and they obviously take a lot of pride in their Airbnb for their guests. We would definitely stay here again! 🥰

What a hidden treasure! The scenery was unreal, and so peaceful! We had an absolutely amazing and memorable family vacation. This house has everything you could need, from paper towels to measuring cups, and they even had a little dog food and bags. The fully fenced side yard was amazing to have for our dogs. With the beach just steps away, it was magical! Lots of wildlife spotted also, seal lions, eagles…just wow. We will definitely be back. Also, Erika was so quick to respond and very accomodating. Loved everything!

This was a great place. 5 stars all around, although the location should have gotten 10 stars! It’s walking distance to the beach, the grocery store, cafes, restaurants, and even the liquor store. Street parking also wasn’t a problem. The apartment itself is well thought-out with a surprisingly well-stocked kitchen. We also appreciated the little details like new sponges in the kitchen, extra hooks for towels, availability of beach towels—all small things that really show that they know what they’re doing! We were a couple travelling with our adult daughter and although it was a little tight, it was expected as the pictures accurately represented the space. We really enjoyed our short stay here and wish it could have been longer.

What a beautiful location! From early sunrise quiet times with coffee to sunset dinners on the patio, everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Quiet, comfortable, thoughtfully- and well-appointed. I would, without hesitation, return for a future stay.

We had such a great stay, what a beautiful place! The surrounding area was very scenic and peaceful with lots to do nearby. Melissa is a wonderful host! She was quick to respond, very friendly, super helpful & accommodating! I would highly recommend her air bnb, it was such a lovely place to stay and I wouldn’t definitely go back! We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend or a better host. 🤩

Enjoyed the privacy of the unit and the beauty of Pacific Shores Resort. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of dishes and pots and pans. Heidi communicated well with good information.

Beautiful apartment with a really nice unobstructed sea view. Everything just like in the photos, clean and lots of natural light. I really enjoyed the beautiful bathroom…very nicely done. The bed is huge and very comfy as well. The view from the rooms and balconies is exceptional and really lovely. The whole property is really nice and well maintained. Especially enjoyed the bbq areas and fireplaces in the common areas. Communication was very good and check in instructions easy and clear. Overall we had a lovely stay and I would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the sea and nature of Vancouver Island. You would definitely need a car there, as there is not so much to do in a walking distance. Closes town is approx. 5 - 10 min. Drive. Ferry in Nanaimo about 20-30 minutes. Very convenient!

Staying with Chelsea’s place was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and lots of activities to do. We are planning to go back next year. Highly recommended!

great overall. john was very friendly and caring. he came and helped us right way when Netflix did not work and then stayed and chatted with us. we had everything we needed. Just one thing for me would be a softer mattress or topper. great location and private. we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful location!! Talk about waterfront, you are literally on top of the water 😊 We saw many seals and otters, geese and even Eagles on the beach eating their fish. The sound of the waves and the ocean lapping on the rocks… and the refreshing scent of the beautiful ocean air. The caretakers, Tani and her Husband were very nice and accommodating. Shiney Happy People! Thank you so much, we really enjoyed celebrating our 15 Year Anniversary at your piece of Heaven. The cabin is also very well equipped and nicely decorated!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Luna’a cabin! Everything was very clear prior to check in and Luna was always quick to respond to any messages. The cabin itself was spacious, clean, comfortable, and offered a view of the bay through the French doors which we loved. It was also very well located, within short driving distance to Sechelt!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was quiet and close to downtown, the view beautiful, and the bed comfortable. Kirsten was responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend and we'd stay again given the chance.

Part of me wants to keep this little piece of heaven a secret but that would be unfair on the helpful, responsive and charming host Tracy. So here goes….. the accommodation itself is 5 star luxury - bedding, pillows, mattress, towels and towelling robes are sumptuous. We slept soooo well! However what this haven of tranquility is really about is location, location, location! It’s the most picturesque and idyllic situation is mind blowing. My shoulders dropped about 2 inches as we soaked in the wood fired hot tub watching seals and sea otters in the water right below us. The fun isn’t just happening in the water though the skies and land have plenty to offer - Golden Eagles, Bald Eagles, Anna’s Hummingbirds, Oyster catchers, a pair of charming Robins, mink and a tiny squirrel made soaking outdoors very entertaining. So if you love the outdoors but really want all the home comforts plus plus - then look no further! We are already planning our next visit.

It was an absolute delight to stay at Rachel’s place. We loved watching ocean from the balcony; the little trails in the forest and Gabriola’s beauty. Rachel was a wonderful host and we would happily stay again!

Amazing location and one of the best on the Sunshine Coast. Well equipped for families and also for those that are looking for just a quick getaway. Hidden Gem.
