Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Boat ramp is 100 yards down the road. 4 kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard are provided, all of which can be launched from the house. Fish from the dock or explore the lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Come boat, fish, or swim in the lake or just enjoy the lake view. Outdoor fire pit includes wood.

Surrounded by giant, sleepy live oaks, lemon, and orange trees, you will thoroughly enjoy getting away from it all! The property is a wonderful retreat with a large, open yard and gorgeous views. Bring your fishing poles. Bring your boat! There is a private boat landing on the property 450 yards from the cabin.

Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. Diving excursions available in High Springs. Quiet setting w/ pastures and grand daddy oaks.

In the heart of Florida's cave diving region. Located right on the Suwannee River. Near by attractions; Royal Spring with Boat Ramp; 4 miles; Little River Spring; 8 miles;Troy Spring; 17 miles; Blue Hole Spring; 20 miles; Ichetucknee Spring; 22 miles; . As of now, the dock and stairs going down to the river are under re-construction. But can still get down to the river. I have 3 large dogs, let me know when you might arrive. So I can have them inside.

A dream range, with a back door that takes you to a space where you can watch a night full of stars. My favorite part of this space is the soaking tub designed for taking a relaxing bath with doors closed or doors open so you can have visual contact with the outside.

Goat House at Cypress Oaks Farm

In addition to a TV, high speed internet and a coffee bar, we’ve recently improved our outdoor area with a paved patio! Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.
