Super friendly and warm host, nice cottage in quiet residential area

We had such a lovely weekend at Karl and Ulli house. They were hosting us in such a friendly and welcoming manner. We received so many recommendations and ideas of places to visit. And the rooms were cosy, warm, clean and comfortable. We’ll be happy to visit again Karl and Ulli 😊

We had a great stay at this place! My son immediately felt at home and had enough to play with to get through the rainy day without problems. 😄 Christine had good excursion tips for us and was easily accessible. We will be happy to come back!

We were super satisfied with the accommodation and felt mega comfortable! Everything within Gmunden is wonderfully accessible on foot and the Traunsee is only a few meters away. We will definitely be back!

this attractive studio apartment had a lovely sunny courtyard outside for morning and afternoon sitting. it was close to the centre of town and welll equipped. we had a lovely stay on our danube bike ride.

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

Accommodation corresponds in everything to the description, house well equipped - great that all rooms have their own bathroom. The lake is a three-minute walk away, you can go swimming super fast after hikes etc. The public, free beach is also within walking distance. The house stays nice and nice even with a week of 30 degrees Celsius. A small downside is the road that you hear on work days - WE is quiet.

Katharina’s place was incredible! The views were amazing and Katharina was super friendly. If you are looking for a peaceful, well kept place to stay, then this is it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and wish we could have stayed longer!

Andrea was a nice and kind hostess. The house met our expectations exactly, super great. Andrea has organized a magnifying mirror especially for us. It is also great that you can get fresh rolls and pastries every morning in two minutes. The view of the mountains is simply fascinating. We'll be back.

Great place to stay, great view also from the rooms of the mountains and Lake Attersee. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, this is equipped as at home. The kitchen is a large kitchen-living room, you can really cook great and the dishes are sparkling clean. Dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, just everything you need. The location has been great for us: very quiet, the garden is completely fenced and therefore good for children. You can park in the driveway and the gate is lockable. Gerald is a very friendly host, helpful and warm. We immediately felt at home and will definitely be back. The location was very good for us, you are quickly in Salzburg and at the other lakes.

Gottfried responded on time with my question about the parking space, because 3 cars needed it.

We had a wonderful stay in Gmunden. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located. Martina & Alex were kind, responsive, and paid great attention to detail. Truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

Richard's place was exactly as described - contemporary, clean, comfortable. Lots and lots of storage space, well stocked with essentials in both the bathroom and kitchen, and all the facilities/electronics worked. It's a peaceful area - no buses from Linz late in the evening, but I always felt safe walking alone at night. And I enjoyed the road-side stall selling flowers and vegetables, just a minute or 2 down the road.

Such a pleasure to stay at Ruza's place. Everything was just perfect. Thank you so much, will definitely come again.

The apartment was very well furnished, the kitchen was well equipped, only an oven was missing. The bathroom was large and very clean! Maybe you could hang a few hooks in the apartment and also in the bathroom to let the wet towels dry, for example. But otherwise everything was wonderful!

We liked the place very much, we immediately felt at home. Quietly located, you can be in nature within a few minutes and enjoy the landscape of Austria. Furthermore, we were very pleased about the delicious wine, as well as the little touches in the form of chocolate. We 100% recommend the place.
