It is 32 square meters, equipped for 2 - 3 people, has 1 living room/bedroom, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. Bus and tram connections as well as bakeries and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

At the height-adjustable desk and with VDSL connection, work stays can also be made pleasant. 4 stops from the main train station and 15 minutes' walk through picturesque Little Venice to the cathedral square.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.
