Dieses abgeschlossene Apartment ( ca. 20 m² ) liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses zum Hinterhof . Im Zimmer befindet sich ein großes gemütliches Doppelbett ( 180 x 200 ) und eine Sitzecke. Im Flur zum allein genutzten Badezimmer, steht eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Backofen. Unser Haus liegt in Fußgänger Entfernung ( 5 min ) zur Innenstadt mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, und 10 min. zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof.

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

Features 1 bedroom, 1 living room with dining area, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 kitchen. Public transport is in the immediate vicinity, about 5 minutes' walk to the stop. Airport is about 10 minutes away. Please note that our apartment is not suitable for small children.

A cozy Baltic Sea atmosphere awaits you in this accommodation The apartment has a separate entrance with a small terrace in front of the entrance door and is located in the basement of the house on the street side. Tram and bus connections are close by. There is also a free, guarded parking garage. In just 10 minutes, Lake Werder can be reached on foot, and in just 15 minutes, you can reach Lake Krimpelsee.

In nice weather, you can have breakfast outside on the terrace or make yourself comfortable on one of the loungers. Beautiful designated bike and hiking trails invite you to relax. Das Atelier-Apartment (ca 30 qm) befindet sich in einem 400 qm großem Obergeschoss eines Mitte des 19 Jhdt. erbauten Kavalleriegebäudes zusammen mit einigen Künstlerateliers. Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Apartment hat ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter City-Anbindung ca. 200 m entfernt.

The 120 sqm apartment is half of a farmhouse from 1898 and has been renovated. Surrounded by fields, the house is in a secluded location and is perfect for enjoying nature and tranquility. There is a garden with terrace and also a grill available on request. From the south terrace you can see over fields to the nearby Wiehn Mountains.
