It has its own little kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Our spacious apartment comes with two beds: One 140x200cm bed in the separate bedroom + one cosy bed right under the rooftop 140x200cm, accessible via a ladder High-Speed WLAN is included. Due to the historic old stairwell this apartment is not suitable for disabled people.

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. Old bricks, polished and sealed concrete, wood from an old oak, old machine parts made of cast iron and many other unique things have helped make the loft a special place. The loft is quietly located in a courtyard. It is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible.
