I had a fantastic stay at Maggie's place. The unit was exactly as described- airy, beautifully furnished, very clean and incredibly comfortable. The location could not have been better- just steps from the beautiful beach and great local restaurants. Maggie was wonderful, thoughtful and attentive, checking in to make sure everything was perfect. She went the extra mile with small touches that made the stay extra special. I highly recommend it and would only want to stay here the next time I'm in Grand Cayman. Thank you again Maggie for a wonderful experience!

It’s a very quiet location with a beautiful view from every room. The beach is beautiful but it’s not great for swimming. The seven mile beach that is magical is only about ten minutes drive. The furniture is a bit dated but it’s very clean and comfortable. We stayed with a friend couple and liked the separation between rooms. It would’ve been cool to have kayaks or paddle boards for rent, we didn’t know where to put the trash so that would’ve been nice to get some info on in the beginning.

Gary and Shannon's first floor condo is superb in many ways. The beach is right outside your door, and there is a manmade sandy area with enough lounge chairs to accomodate the complex. The grounds and beach area are maintained daily so the resort is spotless. Location is amazing for anything you want to do in Grand Cayman including very short and easy ride to and from the airport. Washer and dryer are brand new. I would rent this condo again without even looking elsewhere when we return. Wendy's and Burger King if you have little ones or need a familiar bite are literally right across the street. Didn't spend too much time at the pool but it was in line with everything else I've mentioned. Paul and Sandy Esposito

Highly, HIGHLY recommend Cocoplum! This was our third visit to Grand Cayman. We've always stayed at the big hotel chain resorts, but this time we decided to try Air B&B. This place looked too good to be true on the app because the pictures looked amazing, and I was nervous it wouldn't be as good as expected. But it exceeded all our expectations! The owner Louie was extremely kind and friendly. The cleaning lady Grace was so thoughtful. We walked into an emaculately clean condo. The view of the beach from the porch felt like paradise. We came with our two kids ages 9 and 5, and pretty much had the pool and beach to ourselves 95% of the time. The setting is like a little slice of heaven, so peaceful and beautiful. Great snorkeling! Sunset view! Easy access to all the great restaurants. We would love to stay here again. FYI: Make sure to bring water shoes because the beach & ocean floor is very rocky and shelly, but water shoes make it a non issue! Wonderful hospitality!

Colin was an exceptional host. Our flight arriving got delayed a full day so Colin allowed us to extend our reservation to make up for our lost day of vacation. Very kind of him. The home was beautiful, provided everything you need and was very clean. We were not at all affected by the noise construction next door. I would highly recommend this property. Location is near alot of great restaurants and smb isnt far.

Kaibo is a stunning part of the island if you are looking for some peace and relaxation. The pool is incredible and you look out to the sea and the beach as you swim. Kaibo restaurant is next door and lets you enjoy dinner in the sand too. The hosts were extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The apartment had everything we needed and was a great spot for our family to enjoy some quality time together.

If you want a peaceful locale with a restaurant right next door, pool and beach, this will be perfect for you! Elizabeth is a great host and very responsive. We loved the direct access to the beach and pool and the screened-in porch. Kayaks are a great add and Rum Point is a 2-min drive or quick walk. Loved the area and all the amenities in the condo. Our stay at Lana’s place in the Cayman Islands was absolutely incredible! From the moment we booked, Lana was extremely responsive, making the check-in process seamless and stress-free. Her hospitality was top-notch, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The space itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. Amazing place to stay for peace and quiet. Snorkeling gear, pool noodles, float to use. Bring your own cooler as the Styrofoam cooler leaked and was broken. Also, had to buy a beach umbrella due to the one provided being broken and was a miserable first day on the beach without shade. Had to leave there because it did not fit in suitcase. Would have been nice to know to bring some type of shade for beach. Host was hard to understand due to using translation. Some sentences did not make sense. Easy check in/check out. A good 45 min-1hr drive from seven mile beach and most popular restaurants, but nice to be in a quiet area and felt very safe at condo and entire island. Locals were so friendly. Highly recommend renting a car!

The condo is perfect for a couple. The location is convenient—very close to groceries, restaurants, and a great public beach (Governor's Beach). A great value as well. Everything was clean and in working order. Martina was a great host, and communication with the property manager Ruth was fast and pleasant. While we didn't use the condo's pool or tennis courts, it was nice to have those options as well! We had a great time in Grand Cayman and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this condo!

It’s exactly as pictured! Quaint, small and private facility located right on the ocean with a beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. It’s serene and somewhere I’d stay again.

I've stayed in Island Pines prior, so there were no surprises for us there. The complex is lovely in that it's a quiet haven when the beach is busy with the cruise ship visitors early in the day. The pool is clean and warm and generally very quiet. The beach is exceptional. The location can't be beat...right next to Royal Palms and Coral Beach Club and you can easily walk to most any restaurant and the grocery store. The added crosswalk in front of the complex was a huge bonus this year. The unit is clean, the kitchen well-appointed. There are some beach toys, towels and snorkel gear. You can use Royal Palm's chairs for free if you let them know you're staying at Island Pines. I prefer to move a bit down the beach when it's busy, so I do wish there were beach chairs and cooler provided in the unit (you can rent and have them delivered, so it worked out). Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay here again.

Very Beautiful and clean, felt like home, checking process was very easy. great communication from beginning to end. also having that rental car was great, give us more freedom to move around. ease of picking up the car at the airport and short drive to where we was stay and drop off at the airport when we was leaving. the pool, the view of the ocean especially in the morning was amazing for me.

Nice place Craig was very helpful and always answered my questions also gave us some good advice loved the view it was a plus we had parking.

This studio is within the holiday inn hotel so you have full use of amenities and daily housekeeping. Lovely setting on the beach

We are 3 adults, and 3 children aged 11, 14 and 15, and we visited Grand Caymand Islands for the first time. We spent 3 days at Kevin’ place. The apartment is very well located, has all the amenities you can think of. Checkin/checkout process were super easy, and the host is always quick to respond. Will definitely go back. A+++

Probably the best AirBNB I have ever stayed at. Clean, very new unit and furnishings, beach chairs and umbrella.. The hosts were extremely responsive, providing pickup and drop-off services to and from the airport and various locations around the island. Great recommendations on restaurants and activities. The location is excellent, right across from the beach. Very quiet area, yet the complex also has a few great places to eat, a bakery, and supermarket/liquor store. Highly recommend.

Great location. Nice pool and swimming cove. Snorkel in the cove - lots to see! Kyle was super responsive with questions and resolving any issues. Easy drive to many points of interest. Great having a washer and dryer. If you're using Google maps, use "Sunset Cove South Side Parking Lot" to navigate to the closest parking to the unit (it's behind the old Margaritaville). I'm interested to see how the pending Hyatt development at that site will effect the condos. Would stay here again when returning to Grand Cayman. Thanks again!

Stayed as a group of four friends and everyone had a wonderful time. Quiet and peaceful and plenty to do with walkable restaurants. Felt safe and had fun. Nice beach with easy snorkeling. Saw many cool fish. Amenities were as described and super enjoyable.

Very secluded area, which we prefer, but plan on driving a bit to restaurants (except for one across the street open for dinner only). One of few private sand beaches outside of the Seven Mile area. It was cleaned and raked at least once during our stay. very beautiful views, but not really a swimming/wading beach due to heavy sea grass on this end of the island. There is a pier on property where you can enter past the see each grass, but we didn't do that. Lots of tarpon in the area you can watch from the pier (no fishing).

We loved our stay at Victoria's condo! The condo was close to the Kaibo YC restaurant and dock- made for easy excursions. While the bay was not swimmable, it was perfect for kayaking and viewing the many starfish in the shallow water-bonus was the pool for the kids. The condo was in amazing condition and had all the amenities one could need for a great stay. Victoria was responsive before, during and after our stay. We loved staying on the "chill side" of the island and would definitely stay at Victoria's again if we make it back to GC.

This condo is spacious and beautiful. A quick walk to the beach with a beautiful view. We didn’t see as much snorkeling but that’s ok. The home decor is so cute! The only thing I’ve had in every other Airbnb is hand soap to wash your hands after going to the bathroom. This place has none. Just an FYI. Everything else was perfect.

Our family of 5 adults had an amazing experience at Heidi’s condo. The condo is incredibly clean, well maintained, and inviting. The location and views are magical with breathtaking sunsets…and even a rainbow over the cove one morning! The beach is clean and uncrowded, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The cove is perfect for newbie snorkelers to explore- filled with beautiful fish and sea animals. The pool and swim up bar is a lot of fun. We had a slight snafu with the Wi-Fi, but Heidi was super quick to respond, sent someone onsite to troubleshoot, and we had internet access in no time. If I could give Heidi, this condo, and location more than 5 stars, I definitely would!
