The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

From the very start, Michelle was clear with her communication, and very quick t o respond to any request we had. Her home was very clean and had all amenities as stated on Air BnB. We enjoyed sitting outside, either on the patio in the backyard, or in the private front yard. There is plenty of private parking and the home is near any stores or restaurants you might want. Michelle is a perfect host.

This was a great place to stay. Very accommodating for me and my entire family with all the extras that were included like paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and toilet paper. We did a Walmart run and forgot those essentials but host was thoughtful and already had it taken care of. Also, really like that each room has its own AC unit. My father doesn’t like the cold so we usually have to accommodate him and “suffer” in the heat lol but it was nice that he was able to keep his own space warm. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, truly even nicer than the photos. It was also super kid-friendly, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable as a family. Jim & Deb was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. You can really feel the care they put into making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families with children. The house was perfect for our family of four. We had plenty of space, two full bathrooms and small patio space and a pool. The neighborhood felt safe and my husband and teenager daughter had no issues in their morning runs. The walk to the restaurants and shops was easy and safe. The house is situated not far from I-5 so there is highway background noise but that wasn't a bother for us. The landscaping helped the back yard space feel like an oasis. We had great communication for the Air Concierge team and their house instructions were clear and well written.

MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

We had a wonderful stay at Suzanne’s place! She was very friendly and incredibly responsive, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Check-in was easy and completely hassle-free. Laura and her family were wonderful. They know how to balance their guests need for orivacy with also wanting to get to know them. Laura is gracious. The backyard was amazing and my 9 year old grandson had a blast swimming. It really feels like your own private resort. The guesthouse is beautiful and extremely private. My stay was for approximately 4 1/2 months while my Eaton Fire area home was remediated. Very safe and welcoming neighborhood! Super comfy bed and the layout made good use of the space. A great place to take refuge with very reliable WiFi. This stay truly felt like a home away from home, and I’m incredibly grateful to the host for creating such a welcoming environment. Highly recommend this listing for anyone seeking a longer-term rental — you won’t find better hospitality.

Cindy was the best host, the property exceeded expectations! Very neutral to many restaurants and shopping plaza’s. Would recommend this location as it is a great place to stay that is surrounded by everything you may want to experience on a trip to Southern California.

We loved this place, convenient location everything was near. There was always parking available even though is on the street because there's no driveway. We felt right at home, with washer and dryer available. We most likely would be back. Thank you.

Natasha was the best host I have met! Respond to my message quickly and very understanding. The unit was small but sweet, had everything I needed. I liked the decoration. Only thing is that it was a bit difficult to walk my dog in the neighborhood as a lot of neighbours have dogs that will bark when we walked by. We encountered off leash dogs twice and had to run back.

I booked Richard’s place for my nephew who was visiting from NY. It was perfect for him and he enjoyed the stay. It was conveniently located to the areas he needed to be. Richard was easy to communicate with and polite in his responses. Everything was as expected.

my family and I had a pleasant stay in Caren's place. Caren's had everything listed on the description. even the kitchen utilities were fully equipped. dryer and washer were very helpful. one time, the door was somehow locked and unable to open when i went out. Caren was responsive to send someone to check and by the time i went home i could enter without any hassle afterall, thanks Caren for letting us stay in your beautiful home
