I had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless and very new, with everything well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. The sheets were clean and fresh, and the overall space was really comfortable and inviting. I especially appreciated the large parking garage—it made coming and going super convenient. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again!

Bre was great. She personally greeted us and showed us her house. Her place was nice, and had plenty of sleeping areas, which was perfect for our larger group. I would recommend her place for anyone visiting!

Chaz is extremely nice! His place was everything we expected. Not only did he allow us to rent his property but connected us with vendors for (tents, tables, chairs, valet parking, etc.). They were also extremely nice and very helpful. If you are looking for a place to host an event, this is the place. We give him more than a 5 star. Thank you Chaz!!!!

Our stay at this Airbnb was excellent. The space was clean, charming, and perfectly suited for our short visit to Pasadena. Min was highly responsive and provided clear communication throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the private parking and entrance, which added to the overall convenience and comfort. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

I looked up the location on Google maps and I knew it was in an ally way. But it’s perfect because it was across the street from my favorite Mexican restaurant and bunch of cute little shops. Staff was very nice and helpful. Clear communication. Extremely close to the beach.

Our group appreciated staying in Jose’s place. It was spacious and was perfect for our large, but quiet, group of colleagues. The communal spaces were good for us: the front steps were great for gathering, and the huge kitchen counter was perfect for chatting while prepping food. The kitchen has pretty much everything we could need, and having a washer/dryer and dishwasher made life so much easier for us. There's tons of natural light throughout the house and some really nice touches in the bathrooms, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Getting in and out was super easy, with lots of parking and clear instructions.

We stayed at Diego’s villa (upper level) for 2 nights in order to be in walkable distance to the Hollywood Bowl for a concert. It was the perfect location for the show! We loved the layout, furnishings, and outdoor patio and balconies at the vila. Everything was clean and the villa felt peaceful. The villa was located at the end of the cul de sac and felt very private. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We can't wait to return!

This house is a real stunner, with beautiful furnishings, great art and books, a great kitchen, plenty of seating for a large group and a fantastic location (near the Hollywood sign). It is both elegant and homey at the same time. We were a large group for the holidays and everyone was comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone, and no one wanted to leave this special house.

This is one of the more amazing places I've stayed! The views are amazing, the house is incredible and Dessie was a great host! It's high up and out of the city you can almost forget you're in LA. I couldn't to anything but take in the view. We have a great stay, and we'll definitely be back!

We absolutely LOVED this sweet Spanish Villa tucked away in the jungle vibes of Venice. Super quiet & away off the street, with beautiful and eclectic touches of Art and furniture. The pictures do not do this place justice, it exceeded our expectations! High ceilings, lots of space and sunlight, fresh breeze from the bedroom terrace coming in. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were a dream. Had the best sleeps here. Loved the Spanish tiles through the rooms and the vintage gas range was so cool! I felt like I was living in an architect Design magazine house. The location was perfect. Quick walk to Abbott Kinney , and grocery stores. The hosts were quick to respond as well which was great! It was so clean and had everything you needed to enjoy cooking and hosting friends popping in for a visit. The gym was a total bonus! It was just amazing! I could live here and would stay here again.

Very helpful host anything we needed she was right there

The house was super clean and very beautiful, obviously fully renovated. The host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The location was great. Beautiful pool, only wish the weather had been warmer!

My family needed a place nearby to UCLA to attend a special graduation. Bobby’s place was a perfect fit. It was nice to discover major shopping within 10 minutes, and this proved very handy and made it feel like we were at home. The house is ideal for hosting, with a tropical and inviting pool area. Walking it, it felt welcoming. The kitchen was spotless and the cleanliness throughout was evident and appreciated. We were very happy and touched by the friendly neighbor who noticed us unloading the car and greeted us. He wished us a pleasant stay and together with the singing of the mockingbirds 24/7, it was a magical stay.

Responsive and helpful host

I have to say Shawn was one of the best host I have ever dealt with. He was so friendly he responded on time. I didn’t feel like I was being watched or violated. I mean, if I could give Shawn 10 stars I would. He really made us feel so comfortable and at home. The house so beautiful and really clean!!!! Greg and Maylen’s home is gorgeous, and perfect for large groups. We had plenty of space to spend time together in groups and also plenty of privacy with many private bedrooms - all extremely comfortable and clean! The pool and jacuzzi were lovely and the hosts were very responsive and friendly - couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would not hesitate to come back! Thank you so much!

I don’t even know where to begin. From the initial inquiry to checkout, Maylen has been easy to communicate with. We had an amazing time staying at Maylen and Greg’s place. We came in late at night and it was hard to find the house bc it was dark but Maylen replied right away with directions as to how to get to the house (we were a few houses up). The house is beautiful and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us. The pool and hot tub was used daily, to the point that my nephews preferred to stay home to swim vs go out and sight see. The game room was a plus too. Maylen and Greg were always available and they always informed us if someone was to come to the house to check on things. If there was something we needed in the house, they were quick to provide it. The area is very quiet and it’s close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. I definitely recommend staying at their house. It was home away from home and we look forward to coming back!
