Cabin holiday rentals in West Indies

The cabin and Hector are amazing! Hector helped me with various requests and allowed me to check in early. I had missed my flight and was stuck at airport. Cabin is super nice and the jacuzzi works fantastic. You can’t get Rappi there but Hector gives you several options on how to get things delivered. A+ place.

This place is a real hidden gem. The cabin is cozy, private and has everything you need to disconnect: pool, jacuzzi, hammock, fire pit… and a river just steps away! Communication with the host was excellent and check-in was super easy. Everything was clean, well cared for and full of rustic details that make it even more special. Ideal for a romantic getaway. I'd come back a thousand times! 🌿✨

Great place to stay! Beautiful view and responsive host. Would go back again!! It does require a climb up a hill so for anyone not physically fit it might be a challenge. It’s a small incline and not flat (you are in the mountains so should expect this). Same with drive up the mountain.

Excellent space, well worth it

I only need to say that this in one of the best Airbnb I've ever been to. It's perfect in all senses. Amazing birds, a lot of nature, a river nearby, beautiful bed, jacuzzi, nice house, full kitchen, TV, places to explore, quiet, calm, and private. I can't ask more about this place. A quiet place surrounded by nature. It makes you feel at peace. I asked her to decorate for the birthday celebration and Ashley (the girl who cleans the airbnb) decorated it and every detail I asked her to do was beautiful. Everything was clean, I loved the campfire.

Mauricio and his wife have infinite energy and flexibility in their hospitality. As for the cabaña, the photos speak for themselves :) Great!

A simply dream accommodation totally exceeded our expectations. A place to stay in El to connect with your partner and nature. The sound of the river and the coquí was the most relaxing. The photos don't do justice to how beautiful the property is. We're definitely going back. The best weekend for couples

My stay at this cabin was excellent. It is located in the middle of nature, in a quiet and clear environment, ideal for disconnecting and relaxing. The cabin was impeccable: everything was very clean, tidy and well-conditioned. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, including seasonings and coffee, which was a great touch. The beds were very comfortable, perfectly clean and well located, with a beautiful view.

Such an amazing little place that Rick and Ashley created and shared with us. We were able to check in early and check out late, providing us with even more time to enjoy the area and the property. Enjoyed exploring along the river nearby even during the rainy season. Felt very well taken care of, with Rick checking in with us throughout our stay and always responsive. Highly recommend!!

This home was one of my favorites I’ve been to. The open air concept was so unique. My husband and I loved relaxing on the hammocks listening to the sounds of the rainforest surrounding us. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the week stay. Mosh was great and very responsive. He showed us around the home when we got there and even made suggestions on stuff to do in the area. The people from the community were very friendly and welcoming and we loved playing with the local pups in the area. This is the place that you want to be if you love and appreciate nature and are looking to relax and unwind. We also loved hiking to the river and waterfalls.

We stayed one night. More would have been ok too, there is much to discover around it. From the terrace, we were able to watch a fishing cucan and other birds. It was very idyllic. Very quiet location (only nature can be heard). If you don't have a 4x4, you prefer to park upstairs and do not drive down to the house.

I can't say enough about this stay. Shekeria and her family were so generous and welcoming toward us. The photos are beautiful, but the actual experience is unbelievable. We were treated so kindly by Shekeria, the driver she arranged for us, Dexter, and the other locals we met while there, including Omar at the jerk chicken place down the road. Shekeria and her mother's cooking is remarkable -- we recommend!! This is a stay in the Carribean like nothing else. The private water access is beautiful and not hard to get to if you can do stairs. Crystal water and sunsets. The family's gardens are pristine and full of color and birds -- we saw the Jamaican national bird, the Doctor Bird, while there, and mangrove trees and several other wondrous bits of nature. Bluefields Beach is not far, too, but we found we really loved being right where we were. This is a special place. So, so grateful that we got to experience it.

Thank you Callum and Kira for creating a space that made us feel so at home for a week 💙 The place is beautiful, a little bit tucked away so it makes you feel like you're in the middle of the jungle. The house has everything you need and Callum and Kira were super responsive when we asked for recommendations in the area. Would so recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the area around Tayrona. We kept on extending our stay because we did not want to leave!

Place is very beautiful, and DO take advantage of the nearby beach - it's hard to spot but it's really easy to get to and is only a 10 min walk. Cons: the stone staircase leading to the house might be hard for some people with disabilities to climb - it was no problem for us, but if you are physically disabled, I suggest mentioning it to the host so that they can prepare a solution. I also felt a bit overwhelmed with the volume of daily messages from host, but on the flip side, they were always available for questions and would reply almost immediately. Overall the place is exactly how it looks on the pictures and the cook Katia was fabulous. We ran out of food on our last day and Katia's husband graciously offered to shop for us, which was a very nice surprise and greatly appreciated. 10/10 would come back.

A great place to get away from the busy city life. I recommend bringing everything you need so you don't have to leave the location.

We seriously loved this place! It’s peaceful, and has wonderful views and sounds. It’s also close by to so many things to do in Uvita! The area is closed off by a gate and requires a code, so we left extremely safe. During the rainy season the terrain to get to the Airbnb gets slick so make sure you have an AWD/4x4 it will help a lot! The AC worked great, cooled the whole place really well and of course Natasha was extremely helpful with helping us get some activities planned, I highly recommend going through her! Horseback riding and a beach day were totally worth it!

Wonderful Airbnb! Looked exactly like pictures and it was so pretty and peaceful. Was easy to find and felt safe. The only issue was the amount of little bugs everywhere. Everything else was clean. Would be helpful to have more than two towels for guests.

Raquel is an amazing host and made our stay in her beautiful cabin perfect. She recommended transportation to and from Santa Marta, helped us find markets and local vendors during our stay and even ordered pizza for us when we were running late arriving and didn't have time for anything else. She was always responsive and friendly. The cabin is amazing and looks just like the pictures. We were within walking distance of some local restaurants and a market and Raquel could help arrange a taxi anywhere else we needed. We wanted a place to cook and the kitchen is very clean, big, and with plenty of pots, pans, and other utensils. The local market Raquel pointed us to even delivered for a small fee. Dibulla was quiet and peaceful and we felt totally safe and secluded our whole trip. An amazing place with a great host. Thanks Raquel!

The cabin was perfect for what I was looking for. Peaceful, with high mountain views. The spot is peaceful and private, just me and the coqui's! It's a small cabin, with camping vibes. It's also contemporary and well stocked. The local people were welcoming and warm as well. Highly recommended for a jungle chill out.

We spent 12 days in the BAKO house and it was simply perfect. The hosts have always been super helpful and have responded to our few requests always very quickly. The pool was a real plus and we felt very good there quickly. We would highly recommend the place. Can't wait to go back

This was a once in a lifetime stay! I cannot stress how important it is that you stay here when you come through to Costa Rica. The sunset was a one in 1 billion experience. Jorge was so nice and I felt like I was part of his family.
