Taylor’s home was exquisitely clean. The attention to detail in the home was immaculate. I felt extremely comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend this stay.

We stayed here with family including some elderly folks and everyone agreed it was perfect for us. It felt like a nice hotel apartment with everything being 100% new and obviously a lot of thought put into all of the amenities. Super clean, comfortable & safe. We were there for activities at UCLA and it’s very close and a good value considering the other limited and expensive hotel options. It’s less than 5-10 minutes to UCLA depending on traffic. We visit LA often and I think this is a good central location in general since you can get to so many desirable spots in less than 30 minutes and proximity to the freeway is key for that. The beds and pillows are very comfortable- not too firm but with good support. 2 of the 3 rooms are windowless but there is a good HVAC system for air flow, the TVs are HUGE with DirectTV and streaming options, wifi is fast, the parking garage is tight for navigation but our SUV fit fine in both spots, and the dining area fits 6. Great food options close.

This home is beyond all expectations with impeccable ambiance and 5-star amenities. Our family of 7 adults fit perfectly into this home for our family event that was held within a 15-minute drive. During our long weekend stay we visited family in Encino (40 minutes), walked Abbot Kinney and Venice Beach (30 minutes), Beverly Hills (blocks away). We all feel so fortunate to have stayed in Tatiana’s home.

Paul's place is great. perfect location and nice apartment. Rose ave is great but still a little rough but main st in ocean park is easy and just a few steps. I had once issue with dirty sheets but I would chalk that up to the cleaners missing it- there were plenty of clean ones to use to replace it.

I stayed at Robin & Cindy’s place for my birthday week and had an amazing time! Everything was exactly as described, and check-in was super smooth and easy. The location was perfect—just minutes from the Hollywood Walk of Fame. I’d definitely recommend staying here and hope to book with Robin & Cindy again in the future.

home was clean and spacious, very comfortable! everything was provided from towels to extra toiletries to kitchen utensils. the hosts were very responsive and even able to accommodate us for an additional night and for late check out. would highly recommend if you are looking for a comfy stay close to LAX!

Tanner and Jess gave us the best experience anyone can ask for. From giving us clear instructions into entering their stunning condominium to being very, and I mean VERY responsive to our questions almost instantaneously resolving any issues that had occurred. Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! Ate dinner at Din Tai Fung which is within walking distance. Free parking on site. Really fit our six people well. We also used the workout faculty and pool. It was great!!

Great roomy two-bedroom in a great location. Easy parking location to the condo. Hope to stay here in the future.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Mark and Camille’s place! My husband and our dog felt right at home in this cozy, charming space. The studio has a warm, homey feel and is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that was perfect for dog walks. Mark and Camille were gracious and welcoming hosts, and we truly appreciated the peaceful backyard nook, it was the perfect spot to relax. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pet-friendly getaway.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Christian was a great host and his apartment was perfect for our family staying at DTLA. He had all the supplies we needed and it was a comfortable stay! Although the nearby area itself didn’t feel safe, arriving to his apartment building with friendly security put us at ease. If you are driving, there’s a nice arrangement with a parking garage across the street that Christian helps out with. That was super helpful!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

The only thing that would be better is later checkout. June Gloom in LA makes an afternoon the best time to be in or near a pool, and it is sooooo lovely up on the roof. Beds and pillows were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, tv worked well and the couch was comfy to hang out on,too!

We really enjoyed our stay at Yese's condo! It was very easy to find and get into the unit, and Yese provided clear instructions which included pictures for the parking garage. The unit itself was very clean and organized and had all of the basics! It was conveniently located for everything we had planned and within driving distance of a lot of local hotspots. Would definitely stay again, and recommend if you are looking to be in the MDR area!

Excellent location with wonderful amenities and easy access to stores and restaurants within walking distance. The stay was well worth the price!
