Holiday rentals with a patio in West Melbourne

Nice, clean large space. Lots of storage space. Its in a great location just across from the station and a shopping mall. Clear instructions from host on how to get in.

We loved staying in this apartment. Collingwood is a great area, lots of nice bars, restaurants and cafes and everything is walkable. We highly recommend Proud Mary and A Coffee for tasty coffees. The apartment is very comfortable, everything you need for your stay and is a perfect location. The balcony is really cute, a great place to decompress after a busy day exploring. The shower is really good and Keith has provided lovely products. Highly recommend staying here, we would love to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Simon’s place – it exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the MCG and only five minutes to Fitzroy Gardens. Just a quick stroll to IGA for everyday essentials, or a slightly longer but easy walk into the city for Coles and Woolworths. Being so close to the free tram zone made getting around and exploring Melbourne convenient. The apartment itself is stunning –, stylish yet uncluttered, warm and cozy during the winter months. It had the basic essentials, including a washer, dryer, dishwasher. A Nespresso coffee machine was an added bonus! It was too chilly to enjoy the outdoor patio during our visit; it’s clearly well set up with a BBQ and outdoor seating. Communication with the cohosts, Mark and MJ, was excellent from start to finish. They made everything smooth and easy. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and are already looking forward to returning to this gorgeous apartment in the future! Thanks again!

Our stay was perfect! It was in a great location and the place was beautiful! We had a small issue with the fire alarm but Morgan resolved it within the hour and was super responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to visit Melbourne.

Susie’s apartment was amazing !!to say the least It was really clean and exactly matching the photos and description given With an amazing gallery and of course the icing on the cake was the goodies kept like fruits breads different types of tea/coffee water bottles and what not. The location was as described with an easy 5 minutes walk to the tram/railway/bus station. To take u to the city centre in 10/15 minutes. Beautiful riverside walk nearby. Susie was a very easygoing and a lovely lady Would love to stay again

I stayed in Amy & Saxon's place for a week with a 6-month old and it was brilliant value - the location is excellent, the size was generous, the bed & sofa were both very comfortable, the amenities well considered - everything you want (a bath! a full sized fridge! an enormous wardrobe! a fully equipped kitchen! a washing machine!), and it is so warm with personal touches. I absolutely loved the afternoon light in the front room each day. Thanks for having us, we'll be back!

Spent 5 absolutely wonderful nights in this apartment. The location is top notch with Coles, Chemist Warehouse and Spencer Outlet shops just across the street. Hop onto tram 86 to get into the heart of the CBD or across to St Patrick's, all within the free tram zone in Melbourne city. So easy to get around. The unit is as advertised. Good as almost new. Stunning views from the 55th and our family of 4 were completely at home in this spacious apartment...including the carpark! Thank you Paul & Dan!

This was our third stay at 'Albert View'. Great apartment. Close to public transport, restaurants and convenient stores. The view is magnificient - St. Kilda Boulevard, Botanic Gardens and the city skyline. Anna is a great host, very approachable and always available to assist with any inquiries. Highly recommended. We will be back again soon - a home away from home!

Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

Loved this house. Craig and Julia are excellent hosts, accommodating our early arrival and late departure. great house for 2 adults and 2 children or 2x2 adults if in couple don't mind twin beds. beds were comfortable. the house is spacious and has a lovely outdoor area and was really clean. kitchen is well stocked if you want to self cater (we didn't but easily could have) although not in the midst of restaurants and pubs, it is very close: walkable for most, but an easy tram ride if not.

We would definitely recommend the apartment to our friends & family when visiting Melbourne

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

Had the pleasure of staying here for a trip back home to visit family with my partner, it is an absolute beautiful home and Patrizio made us feel welcomed and at ease. Chev’s house was perfect for my week’s stay. Beautifully presented, pristine throughout with very high quality appointments; spacious while compact. It definitely fulfilled all the promises of the Airbnb description. I appreciated the easy communication with and quick response by Chev before checking in. The bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable. Very close to trams and only a short enjoyable walk to main shopping and dining streets. The house was quiet and, most importantly, felt safe and secure. Ideal for relaxing when not out and about - a lovely, comfortable haven from the heat and busyness of Melbourne city. I had a fabulous stay. The apartment is in a stunning building looking directly onto the South Melbourne Market. The kitchen was a delight to cook in and the underfloor heating in the bathroom a luxury. The bedroom is very peaceful and quiet ensuring restful sleep. It’s a very beautiful apartment. I really appreciated the quality and attention to detail. Highly recommend a stay.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

We had a lovely stay at Nick’s apartment. Perfect for the 3 of us. Loved the mid century modern vibes and the location was great - felt like you were in a peaceful little neighbourhood but only a couple of blocks from great restaurants and shops. Bernadette was very attentive and we really appreciated the later checkout so we didn’t have to take our luggage around with us on our last day. Would love to stay again.

It was so perfect to stay for a while. The host was so communicative and generous. When we had a issue with the washer, the host just checked and changed it immediately. There is no doubt to recommend!
