Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

Newly renovated with shared use of outdoor swimming pool (heated May-August) and tennis court if the sun is out or cosy logburner for those colder days. Easy public transport access to both Nottingham and Loughborough. Secure off road parking available. A county getaway perfect for walkers, cyclist, couples/families or even cricket fans.

“Wild-Wood” Shepherds Hut

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in the best that nature has to offer. Have a memorable weekend in this shepherds hut based on the Worcestershire/ Herefordshire border, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Based just off the amazing "Worcestershire way" hike. Dreamy Pool House

Set on its own, overlooking the natural swimming pool, this cosy stable barn has everything you need for a romantic getaway. The Poolhouse is set amongst 34 acres of parkland on the Talton House estate, and is 10 minutes from Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds. Downstairs is a kitchenette, sofabed, loo and shower. Up a ladder is the mezzanine level with a comfortable double bed, from which you can look out over the orchard. Outside on the patio is the wood-fired hot tub.

Award winning artisan Farm Shop with café, butchers and bakery all on site. Keys are collected using a code for a keybox so this gives you flexibility on arrival and departure times.
