Wake to chirping birds & breathtaking views of the salt marsh. After coffee take a brisk mile walk to beautiful Seagull beach. After lunch head up to the batting cages or mini golf. For dinner & ice cream you’ll have lots to choose from! South of Route 28, centrally located, this home has lots of family space. A huge front yard for corn hole or croquet family game night upstairs! The home has central air and an outdoor shower. We are pet friendly and hope you enjoy this house as much as we do!

Enjoy your family vacation at our lovely Cape Cod beach cottage! Its a short walk or bike ride to the beach pictured in the photos and the living room has beautiful peek-a-boo views of the water. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax with a book on the deck or in the hammock. Mini golf, coffee, and ice cream are all within walking distance. Hyannis' Main St, antiquing, and the Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard Ferries are located a short drive or bike ride away. Dogs and cats are welcome!

The beach is a short walk of about 5-8 minutes down the street. 2 beach chairs, towels & a cooler are provided. Come home to an outdoor grill and deck furniture to continue your outdoor experience. Fenced in yard and open to having well trained dogs for an additional one time $100 fee. Sorry no other pets considered.
