Place looked good and exactly like the images.. It is a walking distance to the beach, You also get a beautiful view of it. The host is friendly and responsive. We had a good time staying there.

The apartment is fully furnished with decent furniture and appliances, equipment that one needs for a convenient stay is made available by the host. The unit is embraced by a clean garden view and has access to a swimming pool and braai area. Peaceful and perfect for both leisure and work I had a great time

Probably the best place to stay in Ballito, right on the beach with a beautiful balcony. We'd definitely stay here again for a next visit !

Paige is a super friendly host . We met her as she was just attending to a small issue (pipe leak) . They were very quick and not in our way at all. It was a Sunday and we all know how hard it is to find a good plumber willing to work on a weekend. I will definitely book in again when I am in that area .I wish her all the success.

Nice spacious penthouse apartment in walking distance from many restaurants, shops, malls and beach. We also loved the outdoor space. The apartment is a short drive from the airport and esay to find after instructions from Bianca. Bianca was a good host, informative and responsive.

It's a wonderful place! The apartment is very spacious, bigger than it looked in the photos. Everything is very clean and brand new. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The territory is close and you feel safe in the apartment. The beach is very close, literally 5 minutes on foot. But the veranda won our hearts, the whole family spent most of our time there playing games and talking! The ocean view is mesmerizing. Many thanks to the hosts! Candice was in touch all the time, helped with all the questions very quickly. Special thanks for the opportunity for flexible check-in and check-out! Beautiful spacious apartment overlooking the ocean. Liesl was such a great host and made sure that our stay was amazing and that our check-in was seamless even though we arrived very late in the evening. It was 10/10, the place is amazing, the location was great, and the host was great as well.

I recently spent time at 125 Penzance for my mother’s 60th birthday. The venue was so pretty and comfortable. We received so much help from the caretaker Sboniso who made us feel right at home and went out of his way to help us set up tables and everything, there was no request too big for him. It’s the perfect place to host a gathering, we definitely would love to make use of the back garden next time! Thank you so much Zama for making things easy for us!

The place is beautiful, clean and spacious. The hosts provided us with a litre of fresh milk, 2 litre of bottled water, sugar, coffee, tea and rusks. Not just sachets of coffee, enough coffee to last you for a week (if drinking it sensible). The kitchen is packed with all the amenities, including liquid dish soap and towels. The bathroom too, there’s a sponge and thick bleach to clean the bath before (for those neat freaks) and after. There’s plenty of toilet rolls too. I loved that I could sit on the patio and sip on my creamy coffee and rusks or just recharge on the beautiful petite garden. I didn’t feel claustrophobic as I normally do in a hotel room or flat. I recommend this place for its beauty, art, cleanliness, space and location (walking distance to restaurants, shops and a large park to exercise or vicariously watch). It is also very secure.

The place is beautiful and clean!!! Surrounded by lots of greenery 😍 It’s a great retreat from the hustle and buzz of the city. Joanna is responsive and very helpful. A definite favourite in KZN!!!!

Melissa was the BEST. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had! The place is absolutely beautiful and truly became the highlight of our vacation. The check-in process was smooth. I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment while in KZN for the Comrades Marathon. The space was immaculate, stylish, and had everything I could possibly need. What truly made this experience stand out was Janine, the host. From the moment I booked, her communication was exceptional—warm, funny, and refreshingly down-to-earth. She checked in every day with genuine care and good humour, making sure I had everything I needed and even sharing great local tips. Her friendly, light-hearted personality made me feel so welcome — it was like connecting with an old friend! The apartment itself had so many thoughtful touches: a well-stocked kitchen with a variety of spices, cooking oil, plenty of washing liquid, and all those little extras that are so often overlooked. I didn’t have to worry about a thing—it truly felt like a home away from home. I will absolutely be staying here again!
