Look no further! The Beach Cottage is beautiful, immaculate, private, and all things one would hope a vacation getaway would entail. This location feels “off the grid” albeit close to modern amenities/stores. Hope to be back soon!

Jason’s place was perfect, very clean and had everything you need. He was proactive and very helpful. Gave us great recommendations for things to do and food in the area. Would have loved to stay longer. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Newport.

Everything was great and as expected with this home. It was very clean, the views were stunning, right on the water. Unfortunately it rained, but we took advantage of the screened in porch with coffee. Jesse was quick to respond with any questions and had thorough and clear information about checking and getting into the home. We’d definitely look to stay here again, if we’re in the Mystic area.

Beautiful property. John is a great host and made us feel welcome. Loved the park and beach nearby. Our dogs had a blast. Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to come back.

The house was clean, well-decorated, had all the things we needed, and private, with a long wooded lot leading down to the bay. We women friends were totally comfortable there. When we couldn’t find the entrance to the driveway off the main road, she stayed on the phone & directed us until we found it. Excellent choice!

This place is sparkling clean and has everything you’d need. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was very well-equipped, and the living space was quite cozy. Lovely outdoor seating areas. And that hot tub! Strong jets, so relaxing! The house is so convenient to visit mystic seaport attractions, and there’s a sweet little bakery with an awesome hot beverage selection just around the corner (nana’s), an easy walk. Nice to get up and grab a country loaf or rosemary foccacia. There’s also a seafood and ice cream shack right there, plus a nice little market a very easy walk in the other direction. You may notice on the map that there’s a train track close by, but I never heard a train at night. Very quiet street. Plus they’ve thoughtfully provided white noise machines in the bedrooms. There are just so many thoughtful touches. Very comfortable and convenient

I enjoyed every minute of my quick escape to Montauk! Check in and out was simple and convenient. The room was clean, private, and peaceful. Plus location has a beautiful view and is within steps to the beach.

An amazing stay overall. It was comfortable for 6 adults. Spencer was extremely helpful throughout our stay — I had lots of questions and Spencer was quickly responsive. The house itself is beautiful and has that eastern Long Island charm. The backyard had lots of space and is well maintained alongside the pool. We also enjoyed a sunset evening at the beach which is just a few steps away. It was a wonderful weekend and I am certainly looking forward to staying here in the future!

Fantastic location! We were literally a two minute walk from the beach. The studio apartment was as advertised and we would stay there again. We highly recommend!

What a dream stay! From the get go Vanessa was responsive and helpful with the booking. Our Girls Gone MILD Bach trip needed a home that would keeps us in vs out and this GORGEOUS home with it’s beautiful garden and pool/jacuzzi/patio made it the most memorable stay. We loved playing board games in the living room and dining at that warm long table! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed as well (plenty of wine glasses for all the Wolffer Rose we got) and don’t get me started on the book in the basement rooms. There were towels, beach gear, umbrellas, and all the things you could possibly need for an unexpected rainy day or to have a good time at the pool/beach! Also the walk to the public access to the private beach was a short walk through such lovely neighborhoods! I’m hoping to come back and stay here again! The girls and I loved waking up to the pristine garden views and the occasional bunny that would hop across the lawn! We were definitely sad to leave ˙◠˙

We had a great time at Julie’s place. Would love to visit again…perhaps in the Fall. Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. Julie was very responsive to my questions. She got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend Julie’s home!

We had a great stay! Instructions were clear and the home had everything we needed.

Loved Samy’s corner unit, which gave us a bit more privacy and quiet than other parts of the property. The studio was as described, with great light and well-cleaned prior to our arrival. Enjoyed use of the tennis courts every day. Only minor disappointment was that we were not yet allowed to use the pool, which we were told would be ready by Memorial Day (we were there one week prior). Still, a worthwhile stay and I’d come back and recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect. The view of the water was everything and was accessible from nearly every room. The home was modern and easily accommodated our large group. Yet it was cozy and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would ever want. It is ideal for children with every toy imaginable. There was a highchair and a pack and play for our toddler and child appropriate dishes. The kitchen was fully equipped and had 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and 3 tables for dining. The beautiful pool and hot tub were in constant use. Mary is very thoughtful and assembled a ringed binder with important contacts and suggestions for dining, shopping and entertainment. Although there was no beach on the property there are nearby beaches. The towns of Guilford and (nearby) Madison are charming and well worth visiting. Mary was very accommodating and responded promptly to several inquiries.

Great place ideally located next to town and the view is amazing. highly recommend in particular for short term stay.

Tina's BnB is so peaceful and in a beautiful setting with a beach. The cottage is right on the bay - sunsets are stunning. The bed is very comfortable, which is unusual for most BnBs. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and I slept well each night! Everything was clean. Even though I ate out nightly, the kitchen had all that you need to prepare a dinner. There is also a shed with beach toys and chairs. Tina checked in a few times through the message app and offered assistance, but I had everything I needed. I loved my stay and will return in the future!

We loved out stay at Brandon's. The location is beautiful and very peaceful. Waking up with the water views and fresh air was amazing. The house is very comfortable and was great for our visit with friends - we cooked and enjoyed just hanging out.

Beautiful stay in Groton! Well appointed house, lots of room for all, and gorgeous views on the waterfront. Great location and close proximity to Esker Beach & Restaurant, 10 minute drive to Mystic which was great for our 3 families over MDW

Diane's home away from home was very comfortable and inviting. Our stay was only four days and I don't believe I saw everything there was to see. It was awesome to see Diane's lovely paintings in almost every room. She communicated quickly and was very helpful to explain the entertainment in the area. We would highly recommend staying in this beautiful suite ☺️

Simon’s place is absolutely amazing and exquisitely unique! How many people have the chance to stay in an old lighthouse that is beautifully furnished, incredibly comfortable, has all of the amenities you could ask for and tranquility you dream of. The house was easy to find, private and tucked away with good space for the car. Entry was super easy with clear and easy to follow instructions. The house is perfect. A fantastic kitchen with everything you need to cook terrific meals (seafood!!!). The dining area is ideal and the living room is comfy, relaxing and inviting. The bathroom has an excellent shower and is spotlessly clean. The upstairs master bedroom had a really comfortable bed with plenty of space. Access to the where the light used to be is up a couple of sturdy ladders. The location is amazing; down by the water with the peaceful sound of the water. Simon is the perfect host: helpful, friendly, responsive and proactive. Highly recommended!

My partner and I spent a little less than a week at Christian's place and were already talking about booking it again for next year by day two. The location is simply unbeatable. It's super private, surrounded by trees and plants, has private access directly to the beach, and is a cozy, lovely place to stay. The perfect size for two -- felt very spacious. We went after Labor Day, so the beach was on the quiet side, but a number of local places had closed for the season (just be aware of that trade-off when booking off-season). Couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot. We will definitely be back! This is a special place.

Can’t say enough good things about Craig and this cottage. 1. Craig is an incredibly responsive and helpful host. Couldn’t ask for more. 2. The cottage might look small but it’s so well-laid out that it feels bigger than it is. Great for two couples. Works to add older (non toddler) kids. Loved the loooong sofa in the living room. Bedrooms are small but private from each other, separated by the compact bathroom which has an astonishing amount of hot water. Dining area and kitchen are right next to each other. Kitchen layout is a bit quirky but has everything. 3. Some details that might be overlooked include - zoned AC (one in each bedroom and one in the LR - ceiling fans in every room - thoughtfully placed remotes that you don’t have to search for - study in the front porch with a monitor and sit-stand desk - strong WiFi - fast ice maker (Craig thoughtfully put a basket in the freezer to hold an extra ice) - really good whole bean coffee Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pleasure Beach. The home is fully updated with everything you need and having three bedrooms and three bathrooms is great for a group. The view from the roof deck is gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting out there both day and night. It’s such a quiet and calm neighborhood and only steps to the beach. We loved the outdoor shower, and the huge TV was great to watch movies or listen to music. The owners were very communicative and great hosts! We would love to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend by the beach.
