Adventure is easy: Jewel Basin is 25 minutes away, and the West Entrance of Glacier National Park is a scenic 45-minute drive.

The cabin sits next to our main home & small homestead. We often provide fresh eggs from the chickens & seasonal goods from the garden. Downtown cozy cottage is the ideal McCall retreat! Just blocks to Payette Lake, parks, restaurants, shops, beach and marina. Private setting surrounded by Aspen tress and across the street from the Payette National Forest ranger station for maps, info. and more. Only 15-20 minute drive to Brundage Mountain Resort to experience some of the best skiing / snowboarding in "Best snow in Idaho" or mountain biking in the summer! Our studio cottage is perfect for couples or solo adventurers too.

Secluded guest cabin in Swan Valley

Clean and cozy guest cabin way off the beaten path in the Swan Valley. Secluded and quiet, backs up to state and national forest with a creek and abundant wildlife. ***UPDATE FOR SPRING/SUMMER 2026: We are adding on to our home, which is adjacent to the guest cabin. We anticipate the exterior will be done by mid-June, but there may still be a little mess by our house, and minor construction activity. The guest cabin is fully functional and not directly affected by the construction.

Ashley Creek Loft

*NOTE* Please see our "Location/Getting Around" section below for details on Glacier Parks new ticketing system if you plan to visit. We feel so blessed to live on this property that is walking distance to Kalispell yet feels like living out in the country. Wild life is right out the door (owls, pheasants, deer, coyotes) and the open space gives a great view of the Big Sky Country. You are welcome to walk around the property which includes tall Ponderosa pines and Ashley Creek.

Dexter Peak cabin, elegantly rustic near YNP/Chico

Dexter Peak Cabin is located near the base of the mountains on a 25 acre parcel shared with our home but still private. Close to Livingston, Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone River, waterfalls, hiking and fishing, and 35 minutes to Yellowstone Park. Cabin is located about 200' from owner's home but the outdoor areas are oriented away from the home and toward the mountains. Little to no traffic as we are a couple with no kids. Dexter Peak Road is a great road for walking!

Blackfoot Ranch Guest House

Come stay in the recently built Blackfoot Ranch guest house on a working horse and mule ranch while staring into the Scapegoat Wilderness. Amazing blue ribbon trout fishing just up the road. Located 5 miles from a major trailhead accessing the Bob Marshall Wilderness Complex. The guest house is in a separate building on the ranch above my saddle shop. Enjoy amazing star gazing and the quiet of this remote ranch.
