Lovely family home, plenty of space and presented clean and tidy. Also has a beautiful outlook.

Stayed in 10 Airbnb locations in 14 days and this was the best experience we had- right location in the best area ; very well kept and clean home; clear instructions for checkin and even allowed a late checkout. We had a wonderful experience in Auckland- thanks to our place of stay!

Our group of 7 stayed 5 nights. The pictures are accurate, the house is beautiful, we did not want to leave. It was very clean with no personal clutter which I love. Spectacular views of Rangitoto and a very relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of room for 2 families to spread out and you can have privacy when needed. There is so much house here and I don't think we used all the rooms, so lots of space. Big bedrooms with big beds. The pool was really nice but we didn't use due to the weather but the fire was very cosy Furnishings are new and beautiful, bed are comfy and huge, loved the quality linen. Lots of cutlery, cups, plates etc Mandy was very easy to communicate with and was very generous to us with snacks and drinks to welcome us, she also allow us an early check in which was so helpful I would definitely re book in a heart beat 10/10 Spectacular Home

We had a wonderful stay at Lee's place. It was a lovely house, was very clean and had lots of space for all of us. The area was peaceful, safe and had wonderful views of the ocean. Lee and Joe were wonderful hosts. We appreciated their quick responses and helpful recommendations.

Had a beautiful stay at this house, sam was so kind to let us check in much earlier after our flight and was so quick to respond! house was in great condition and super clean with plenty to do in the home. Thank you for letting us stay :)

What a perfect place for my son and I to stay while he was recovering from a tonsillectomy. It was very comfortable. The beds were cozy. The big theatre screen was perfect and just the entertainment that was needed. We loved the view. The location was perfect as we wanted to be close to Karkariki Hospital. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

This Ponsonby villa was the perfect base for my Auckland trip. Spacious, stylish, and full of charm, it had everything I needed, an upgraded kitchen, plenty of fridge space, great espresso machine, and a beautiful courtyard with pool, loungers, and outdoor fireplace. The rainfall shower might be the star of the house, it was a luxury experience. The bedrooms were cozy and quiet, and the open-plan layout made it feel airy and relaxing. Just a short walk (about 2,000 steps) to Ponsonby Road, with amazing coffee and breakfast at Dizengoff. Amy was a responsive and thoughtful host, she quickly fixed a door lock issue, which made me feel safe and well cared for. The house blends old character with modern upgrades, which fits the Ponsonby vibe perfectly. Even the recycling system (with 5 bins!) was easy to adapt to. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Auckland!

Lisa’s house was as beautiful as the photos and very comfortable. It was super close to everything we needed for our little family and the heated outdoor pool was the best bit. The pool and the hot tub meant we didn’t need to find entertainment for our little one and on sunny days the outdoor area was bliss. Lisa provided lots of games, toys and books to read and we felt we had really gotten away from it all staying in this lovely home.

We had a great couple of nights and felt right at home. It was an added bonus to have a private and fully fenced backyard, perfect for our wee dog. Close to the motorway and shops etc.

Definitely best place to stay for few nights at Auckland. The whole townhouse is an exactly clean and tidy space.

Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

Teresa's place was everything that I needed for my family of three visiting young adults, 2 small children and 2 tall people (me and husband lol). The young people could come in and out to explore Auckland on their own, the kids were safe, and all the amenities were top tier. The process to book and the communications were nice and clear, and everything we needed was provided for. We had such a positive experience and would love to make a return booking if and when the occasion arises. Highly recommend Teresa's place.

This home is perfectly sized for a couple. It is like staying in an art gallery, always something curious and wonderfully artistic to gaze at on all the walls. Then venture outside and it is further feast for the eyes.. gorgeous sky views from the deck, and plenty of space to walk in the back garden and enjoy all the beautiful plants. Rosetta & James provided snacks in the pantry and drinks and nibbles also in the fridge, and chocolates, such generous hosts who are super friendly. Thank you also for the late check out and responsive communication.

We had a great stay in this beautiful small home. Nice and handy to the absolutely delicious Little Sicily restaurant in Onehunga, and to Cornwall Park parkrun and to the conference in Ellerslie that we were attending. Really handy having a washing machine and drier available too. We loved the beautiful attention to detail in this house.

The location suits us perfectly for short walk to the village and cafes/restaurants; for public transport; and other places we wish to walk to e.g. visiting family. Kitchen, dining, bathroom, bedroom and lounge with TV are all perfect for our needs. That is why we are repeat guests.

The pictures didn't do it justice a beautiful home with beautiful decor great open plan and outdoor living our family absolutely enjoyed it great look in the evenings outdoor living your own oasis all the amenities 👍🏽 Tracey is awesome to deal with 😊

We really enjoyed our stay in Ponsonby, the place was clean and very nicely updated and perfectly spacious for our two families. The location is just a short walk to the shops and eateries on the main street and was very quiet which was great for a good nights sleep. The property has 3 levels with rooms on each so it was a little bit challenging for the young kids and there were lots of decorative artefacts/homewares which was aesthetically very nice but again hard to manage with the kids. I look forward to staying again once the kids are a bit older.

This was a very comfortable place to stay for five weeks - everything we needed was there and Louise was super friendly and accommodating

I enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. Check in was simple and easy. Owner came out and helped us check in and ensured everything was working and general rules. Cool to know the owner lives on the premises (bottom level of house) and available to help with support. The house was very spacious, beautiful, and great for big families. Would highly recommend.

My family and I wished we could stay longer at Amy’s place. We felt right at home the moment we entered the home. The home was a beautiful space and amenities were well thought out, some were unexpected such as heated bathroom floors. Easily one of the best places to stay. We appreciate Amy’s hospitality as she welcomed us personally.

Wonderful place - lovely to sit outside in the morning and listen to all the birds singing in the bush. Accommodation exactly as listed and everything in perfect condition. If you have young children just starting to walk, then do be mindful of the split level house and staircase.
