Walking distance to the Metro where you are in the heart of Rotterdam city center within 30 minutes, and within 3 minutes on the beach of Hoek van Holland. Nice hiking in the forest because the apartment is less than 300 meters from the forest. Take a breath of fresh air along the waterway on the Emmaboulevard where sea ships/cruise ships sail in and out of the port of Rotterdam. The picturesque Berghaven and various restaurants in the village are also within walking distance.

It's in a quiet neighboorhood, just outside the citycenter only a 15 to 20-minute tram ride (tram 9 or tram 16) from The Hague city centre, and a 45-minute tram ride from Scheveningen beach. The nearby tram stop (3-minute walk) provides direct links to various museums, Madurodam, Inner Court & Hall of the Knights, the Peace Palace, and various other attractions in The Hague. If you come by car the highway is just 5 min and there is free parking

Apartment includes 2 floors of a 1930s house with roof terrace in the center of Hoek van Holland. Several supermarkets are within walking distance. Apart from some chatty seagulls, the location of the house is quiet. Apartment is less than 10 minutes' walk from metro station "Hoek van Holland Haven" and the "Stena Line" boat to England. From "Hoek van Holland Haven" you can take the metro to the beach (1 stop, 2 min). The beach is about 2.5 km from the apartment.

The apartment is a comfortable and pleasant space that invites you to relax and unwind after a day full of activities in the city. It is located in the south of the city, and the street has access to the bus, tram and bike rental, making mobility easily available anywhere in the city and the surrounding area. In 15 minutes you can reach the beach or city center by public transport, and in 20 minutes you can walk to parks where you can enjoy nature.

Enjoy the hospitality of host René and hostess Aafke. We live close to the beach. Along cycling route LF1. Beautiful for hiking or cycling. Or just for the beach with terraces. The village itself (300 m) is also very cozy. Many shops and terraces. If you come by train or boat (Harwich), we would like to pick you up. Due to the stairs, we do not consider the accommodation suitable for children under 2 years.
