We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and felt like home. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Lots of things to do around the area. The hot tub was amazing after a long day walking at the beach. Definitely recommend staying there.

Wonderful place enjoyed our time there

It’s hard to put into words just how amazing our stay here was! First time to California with two children and it was like home from home! So much more was provided than expected to make it such an enjoyable stay! Levy was contactable any time if we had any issues and happy to provide info about things to do around the area! The pool was perfect and the boys spend many hours in it as well as the hot tub which was a godsend after a long day sight seeing or after theme parks! Super close to Disney as well! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s refreshing to have a host that can’t do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable which levy certainly did! Thank you for everything and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we happen to visit California again! Orange county was by far our fav place including laguna beach! So location was perfect too! Loved the location on the peninsula. We were able to walk to the beach, to restaurants and really enjoyed being able to use the rooftop deck. Beds were super comfortable and the place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very helpful also to have the garage for our car and e-bikes since parking is such a challenge in that area. Appreciated our host being available for any questions on arrival and throughout our stay. Hope to visit again!

John's place is located in a very peaceful neighborhood. He has invested so much time and effort to make such a great place to stay. The pool table to darts and even a freaking arcade game were a blast to play while relaxing at the house. Would definitely stay again if given the chance.

It was amazing stay. It was a family vacation and family enjoyed the place thoroughly. Loads of activities at home. When we were too tired to go out after few days of Disney run, family enjoyed at home fully. Game room, jacuzzi, swimming pool, mini golf to name a few. Very responsive hosts. Both of them were right on the messages and barely few minutes before the responses (even around middle of night). Would love to come and stay again.

Brandon was incredibly accommodating throughout our entire trip, and the experience was fantastic. Everything - from the kitchen and bathroom to the bedding was clean and comfortable. I would definitely love to stay at his place again.

Keren’s place was just as described and perfect for our needs! Comfy beds, soft towels, perfectly clean, quiet and conveniently located! The outdoor space was lovely. A perfect spot to enjoy the provided coffee complete with cream and sugar! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, truly even nicer than the photos. It was also super kid-friendly, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable as a family. Jim & Deb was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. You can really feel the care they put into making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families with children. We would definitely love to come back again!

We needed a centrally located place for our 8 day family trip with 2 kids. This fit the bill! It was within 20 minutes of most of the things we wanted to visit, including Disney. Having the private garage to park was so nice, and Jenn was very helpful when we couldn’t find something. The king bed mattress and pillows were very comfy - we are kind of picky, but sleep was great in that regard. We made use of the beach chairs on two different days, and our kids loved that the pool had a 7.5 ft deep end.

We just spent 5 nights at Mai’s Huntington Beach house and had a wonderful time. The location was easy to find and close to all the places we wanted to visit: Anaheim, Angel Stadium, Long Beach, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. There was plenty of shopping around us and the Costco was just minutes away and it has a gas station. All of us from teens to seniors found the accommodation peaceful and spacious. We enjoyed lots of meals in the huge kitchen space and on the back patio beside the pool. Parking was easy and we always felt safe coming and going from the location. Thank you Mai !

Anna’s place is exactly as pictured! Everything was super clean, uncluttered, beautifully decorated and more than welcoming. The place is very unassuming from the front. It appears on the smaller side but once you enter, it’s very spacious! The kitchen literally had everything needed for us to make a full breakfast for the 6 of us adults and a baby (aside from the food). We all sat comfortably at the dining table together. The beds are very soft and comfortable, as are the pillows. Individual towel sets were set up on each bed for our use, which I thought was very thoughtful. There is a full size washer & dryer available for use and all of the other smaller basic kitchen appliances you might need. Anna was very responsive and quick to address our request for an early check in and was ultimately able to accommodate us, which was so helpful! We were really comfortable and happy here! Thank you for hosting our family! 🩷

First of all, John and the rest of the owner's were the best I've had from ABB, very responsive and helpful as soon as I booked and the entire time. They gave great directions precheck-in and even checked up on us during our stay. The house was very clean and well equipped with kitchen and cleaning supplies. Very tasteful decor, all appliances and furnishings were like new and in good repair - something you don't always find. It was perfect for two couples and a small dog. There is no living room area so not big for entertaining but a great place to rest while exploring all of the attractions of Orange County. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and had plenty of gated parking to ensure safety and security. The property is shared with a main family but we hardly saw them and never heard them. When we did see them they were watering the many glorious fruit trees on the property. One of the best places we've stayed. We'd love to go back anytime!

This was the perfect spot for Us to stay at while taking the family to Disneyland. Very clean and had a bunk bed perfect for our kids to sleep. Was really nice there was a tv in the master bedroom. Most airbnbs don’t seem to have that. They had everything you would need to stay which was really nice! Definitely would stay here again ;)

Beautiful Apartment with amazing views. Check in check out process is cumbersome as you have to make two trips to the apartment each time. There is a lot of traffic noise as it is right next to a very busy road.

Peter's spot was great! Reasonably priced, clean, spacious, comfortable (one of the best couches I've ever sat on in my life), and super conveniently placed for access to anywhere in OC/LA. I'll definitely stay here again.

Like the last review, we were upgraded to another property due to some repairs. The upgrade was definitely that, it added an extra bedroom which was nice. The house is clean, nicely decorated, and inviting. 15 minute drive to Disneyland. I would certainly stay here again.
