Lovely Spanish casita nestled on a quiet dead end road in West Hollywood/Laurel Canyon. Beautifully decorated and well appointed. Very clean and comfortable space for our party of five, children & adults mixed. Serene and functional outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful California weather. Parking our SUV in driveway was challenging but possible.

Spencer’s place looked like the photos and had everything I needed for a few days of working from home! The kitchen is stocked with whatever you might need to cook a meal. Comfortable furniture and nice shower. The neighborhood is nice and safe to walk around, close to a few different coffee and restaurant spots. Would return!

This place was perfect for our family vacation! Close to everything we wanted to do including Universal Studios! There was plenty of room to decompress after a busy day! We would definitely stay here again when in the area:)

I hadn’t realized it was a landmark home at the time of booking but when I realized it made my trip extra fun! Because of my curly hair, my family used to call me “Cory” so this made some memorable photos. The main reason I selected this listing was the resort like privacy in both the front and back yard. I find many hosts create restricting and unreasonable expectations for guests with dogs, when I asked I was promptly assured it was a welcoming home and he would have tons of space to play without worry. My dog rarely gets opportunities to play and run off leash and this is was really the biggest reason for booking. The large grass, huge trees, and fully covered fences from bushes and trees made even the hottest day a cool relaxing time outside. All amenities are available and in abundance, support was phenomenal and responded to everything wtihing what felt loke only minutes. It is such a cool home and I will miss it dearly. I will 10000% book again when I return to the area.

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Had a wonderful time visiting Hollywood with my wife. The location is perfect and views are gorgeous. The inside of the home is just as beautiful and very spacious. If I could give 10 stars I would! I highly recommend!

This house is a little hidden oasis, just outside the main drag of WeHo. We were a small group of friends visiting for a long weekend and it was perfect for us. Very stylish and clean. Melissa was a very friendly proactive host who focused on making things easy for us. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

The property was in the hills of Topanga Canyon. Quiet except for the bird symphony. Beautiful surroundings and very private. Lynn was extremely accessible and house was clean and well equipped. I'll be back soon!

Deborah was an amazing host to deal with, very clear and accommodating. The house itself was a wonderful place in a great location so no complaints whatsoever. We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. I can't recommend this property enough! This is my third stay at this tranquil and stunning place, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. This updated property is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, creating an inviting atmosphere. The jacuzzi and pool are perfect for unwinding and truly enhance your relaxation experience. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully equipped with everything from plates and pots to spices and serving dishes. Plus, there's no shortage of entertainment with a variety of games and streaming channels at your fingertips. Nathan and Armando, the incredible hosts, go above and beyond by providing snacks, coffee, a bottle of wine, hard seltzer, beer, and bottled water. They are so thoughtful that if you’ve forgotten something, odds are it’s already stocked in the house! If you find this gem available, don’t hesitate—book it right away! You won’t regret it!

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. Loved the location. There’s a phenomenal coffee shop across the street as well as a Trader Joe’s. Apartment was spacious and clean. It was perfect for what we needed as a family of four. Having two parking spaces was also ideal.

A great stay in Westwood while visiting our son at UCLA! Walkable area with clean and quiet building. Easy access to coffee just across the street. Very spacious, clean and bonus parking!

This place was perfectly cozy and well cleaned. It had everything you could need to live and even a washing machine and a dryer. The host had bathroom soaps available and the bed was super comfy. The place had private parking and was in a residential area that felt super safe. About a 20 min drive to Venas Beach. How was friendly and very responsive with questions. I would definitely stay here again

This guesthouse is an absolute gem! The tree-lined street felt so peaceful and warm. The guesthouse was very easy to check in to. You step into a charming entryway with the bathroom on the first floor, then head up a staircase to a cozy, light-filled living space. So peaceful, beautifully kept, and full of character. Sara was amazingly responsive and accommodating!

The studio is so inviting, thoughtfully organized, and efficiently designed. Very charming and lovely place on a quiet and charming street. And Haim is wonderful, and made last minute accommodations for me, which were much appreciated. Thank you!
