My place is close to Sawtelle and Cheviot Hills Recreation Center. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Lots of restaurants in a walking distance. Close to the Mall and 99 cents store.Close to buses to go to UCLA and the Beach. Very safe area and good neighbors .It does not have Stove but Microwave ,Toaster ,Coffee maker and everything else you need to prepare a meal with Microwave. It Does not have AC but a Fan . I try to be a good hostess for my hosts.

This beautiful, 2-story, high-end, Spanish style guest house includes high-vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and a spacious second story loft with an open studio-style flow. The open-plan suite is roomy and airy, with plenty of natural light and room for 2-6 guests. Heads up! While we'd love for you to enjoy the pool and hot tub during your stay, they're currently unavailable due to safety regulations. We apologize for any disappointment this may cause.
