Holiday rentals with a patio in Whangaparāoa

We enjoyed our stay at this One cool place! A bit tricky with the carpark, but great location and lots of great food options nearby.

Quiet and cosy neighborhood, not really near CBD, but if you have a car, that’s not a problem. Cosy apartment, can be a little bit cold, but with a heater in the bedroom, it’s not a problem.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Albany apartment! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished with stylish and comfortable decor, and incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was ideal, close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the city. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Albany—five stars all the way!

Rhys really helped us out when another host cancelled last minute. Place is nearly new and has all the amenities inside - including a stocked Nespresso machine. :-) Lovely and tidy, with good views. Unit has AC in each room, which is a nice bonus. Love to stay there again.

Ted’s place was perfect for my stay. Close to family and easy walking distance to shops, etc. Stunning views of the night lights in Auckland and harbour. Well kitted out and comfy bed, everything you need. Great host with messages to help if needed. Will be back. Thank you😊

We had a beautiful stay. It was cozy yet high end. Lovely decor and beautiful views. A romantic getaway. Could walk out the door and be on the beach or buying a great coffee in minutes. Robbie was very responsive at all time. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

This is a fantastic place for the family to spend the holiday. It is immaculate and big, which suits a family's special occasion. We love the place, especially our kids, who enjoyed the swimming and spa pools. Not only that, but it is so close to the beach for swimming and surfing. There is a local park and soccer field that we usually walk to play or exercise. Lisa is a friendly host who responds promptly if we need help. This is one of the best holiday homes available in the area, and we would love to return there. It is very secure and private for us visitors. We extended our visit for another day as we all enjoyed and loved the place and the area. There were 10 of us altogether, and it was worth the money we paid, and I highly recommend this place. Had a great stay! My biggest concern was my dog: the property is fully fenced and I was able to relax knowing she was safe. It’s also a great place for humans: really clean and with everything you need. Easy walking distance to beach, cafes and restaurants - I do recommend staying here. Thank you Julie 😀

We had a wonderful stay! The house was warm, cozy, and spotlessly clean — it felt like home. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful. The mineral pool was a fantastic bonus, especially on rainy days — so relaxing! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

What a spot! This house is beautiful - open, airy, light and spacious, and the mid-century-modern styling was right up our alley. We made the most of the sunny weather in the sprawling gardens, and the cold plunge and sauna were such a luxury - it definitely felt like we were staying at a private retreat while still being close to everything. Katie and Dan were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had too, and ensured we had an easy and comfortable stay. Looking forward to staying again next time we're in Auckland.

Awesome girls trip away to the beautiful, calm, peaceful surrounds of nature halfway between Warkworth and Snells beach. Epic amenities, very clean, great spa right next to a waterfall creek. Would highly recommend to stay for a weekend or a week ! We will be back. Thank you !

Stayed here while working on Waiheke in winter. Very comfortable, warm and spacious with everything needed. Extremely comfortable firm king size bed in the master bedroom. Good parking on a platform above the house on the roadside with a short flight of stairs down to the house. Nice outlook into the Onetangi Forest reserve. Very happy with our stay - Will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay in this lovely accommodation. Perfect for a couple. It was very quiet despite being off a main road and it was fantastic having the bus into the city right outside the door. John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!
