Spacious, sunny - self-contained garden wing.

Welcome to our slice of coastal kiwi living. The space is set in a country garden with lovely river views and is close to many cafes and beaches. Relax in the conservatory positioned under native trees home to many birds such as Tuis and native wood pidgeons. It is a great place to start your northern journey or a base for your trip to Tiritiri Matangi Island wildlife sanctuary. It is minutes to many local beaches, ten minutes to Gulf Harbour and 10 - 15 minutes to Orewa and the motorway.

Arkles Bay Studio ,beach and Gulf views

very modern studio in 14year old luxury House .fully self contained.Has parking for one car ,no visitor parking ,not wheelchair friendly, washing machine electric hob, dishwasher microwave ,frig freezer all crockery cutlery provided tea coffee milk cereals TVs free internet BBQ and tools private access with security lighting. No smoking anywhere on premises. Outdoor table and chairs, sun lounger.Not suitable for children under 12 , some exceptions apply by request only.No pets allowed .

Private haven two minutes walk to the beach!

Modern holiday home in beautiful Manly with a wide sea view from the kitchen. Heating and cooling system recently added. Access to a safe secluded beach ideal for swimming and paddle boarding (paddleboards are provided). Stunning Manly beach is only a 5 minute walk away. The Manly Sailing Club is also located along the beach within walking distance. 7 other beautiful white sand beaches safe for swimming are within a short car or bus ride. The home is within 35 minutes to Auckland City.

From Sun up until Sundown, Sundown Palms is a cute, cosy haven. With covered parking this self contained studio with a private sunny deck with barbaque and a gate to keep little ones in has a full kitchen with all the necessities you may need for your stay. With an integrated dishwasher and washing machine and separate bathroom the Studio is set apart from the main house. Enjoy the gardens and BBQ area or walk the 2 minutes to Little Manly beach and near to shops and transport

Loft in Whangaparāoa

Stones throw from the beach.

Only a quick walk to the beach and Manly village there is plenty to keep you occupied and a great choice of places to eat and drink. The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.

We had a great stay at this lovely Airbnb just a 30-second walk from beautiful Manly Beach. The location was perfect — peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed morning walks, beach time with the kids, and easy access to everything we needed. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Our children loved playing at the beach and nearby parks. The host was friendly and responsive, and the check-in process was smooth. We would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Claire's place provided us with a beautiful and warm place (on one of the coldest weekends!) to spend a family weekend together. Claire was great at communicating, providing quick responses and answers. it was a beautiful home, tastefully decorated. Thanks so much for a great stay! The lady on site was so lovely and welcoming and accommodating. The best location with everything you could need or want at arms reach! My little dog loved zooming around the yard and surrounding parks/beach. Can’t wait to come back!

If I could give this place a 6* rating I would! The photos do not do it justice! Amazing, large and homely accommodation. Felt super comfy and at home with our family of 3. Could easily fit 4 or 2 young families. We were visiting family in the area and would highly recommend staying here for close location to Gulf Harbour marina. We will be back!

Had the most wonderful, relaxing stay at harmony hill. The bungalow has been nicely furnished with great views, a well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and fab shower. Highly recommend!!! The hosts were also super friendly and helped with local recommendations for things to do. We definitely felt at home but also had complete privacy whilst being surrounded by nature. The space was quiet with no road noise which was perfect as a place to relax. The property really is a little haven…
