Katerina and Gus were outstanding hosts. They were very responsive to questions and while they were present upstairs in their space, they were not intrusive at all. The studio apartment was pristine and comfortable. it had a small coffee maker and microwave and microwave and full refrigerator. It was clean and comfortable and cozy. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, lovely to walk in and convenient to restaurants. We found it helpful that we had a rental car. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Absolutely lovely property in a beautiful, quiet, residential neighborhood near Rock Creek Park. Plentiful street parking. It's a cozy basement apartment that feels very private. I chose it because it's close to the family I was visiting. Good bus system throughout the neighborhood, but I recommend having a car if you can. Or be prepared to use the bus or take Uber/Lyft. It's totally residential, and about 1.5 miles to get to an area where shops, restaurants, etc are. The only (very minor) negative is that, as it's a basement apartment, you occasionally hear the residents above walking around. It did not bother me at all, and they clearly make every effort to be quiet. And, far, far less noise than you'd experience at a hotel or an Air BnB property in non-residential area. Just something to know if you're a really light sleeper. I had a couple of questions during my stay. Home Sweet City was super responsive. They addressed my questions in less than an hour. Awesome property!

This stay was MAGICAL. Every day we’d open the windows and the whole apartment would echo with the sound of wind between the leaves of the trees, the chatter of birds, the rustle of nature’s life outside. It is a hidden gem. We chose Alison’s place because we hoped to rest and recharge… and more than that happened. We were rested, recharged and inspired. It was homely and comfortable it was difficult to leave! We didn’t have a car, but the area was walkable and the station/metro was close. And the best part - the kitchen! I’m a chef by profession and that kitchen had everything. This is above what I’ve ever experienced in an Airbnb. Alison was super responsive and even more kind. She was genuine with her recommendations of places to see.

Pretty comfortable, well equipped, clean and spacious apt. Enjoyed the natural light and surrandings --Rock Creek Park. Easy access and clear instructions were very helpfull. Thank you so such for such an easy, pleasant and friendly stay!

Me and my fiancé had a great stay and enjoyed the surrounding area. It was very peaceful and the views at night were amazing. Would recommend!

Really great place to stay that is easy to access the metro line and far enough out of the city to avoid some of the major stresses. Lots to do and see within walking distance of the house itself, only about a 10 minute walk to the train.

Completely satisfied with my stay! The location is close by many grocery stores and restaurants. Snacks and plenty of cookware is provided. Sergio was also very responsive and kind.

My stay at Kimberly’s place was just what I was looking for. It’s a calm and serene atmosphere, and there are plenty of shoppes nearby. Everything was perfect and private as well for a getaway - she is very responsive and friendly! I would definitely come back in the future. I can’t complain of noise or anything or that sort because it was quiet, and barely noticeable with my headphones on! Beautiful place to stay and enjoy the outdoor sun, or relax inside and use the gym too!

This place is amazing. Katie was kind enough to prepare the jacuzzi for us as we were tired of driving 8+ hours during our roadtrip so it was a great relaxing time there. Also, had a great chat with Katie who is very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this place to everyone. We'll definitely come back again on our way back home from this roadtrip!

We loved staying at Hidden Gardens. It was very clean and Noris made it extra special with all her personal touches to make us feel very special. The garden out back is very relaxing and just beautiful. We loved sitting out there and enjoying all the beautiful flowers and greenery. Noris is an excellent host and amazing person. She made us feel special and we felt right at home. I can’t wait to go back. Noris is a “super-host”.

We stayed one month at Saber's place. The place had all the basic things we needed. The location was great for using the metro and buses to DC. We walked to Georgetown and National Mall. There were plenty of good restaurants around and Safeway and Target nearby. We were two females, but felt safe walking around the area and even at night. Saber was proactive in communicating and responded quickly to questions.

Arshams listing is wonderful! Everything was so clean and fit all 5 of us so comfortably! We loved the tea options 😍. It was in perfect walking distances from great food, coffee places (and fun little bevs) as well as an easy walk to the metro! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Place was just as described and worked out great for a place to stay down the street from the Gaylord.

This was a lovely Airbnb, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It was thoughtfully appointed, featuring a basket in the bathroom for miscellaneous items that guests often forget. The check-in process was straightforward and smooth. We had no trouble finding parking nearby, which is an ever-present concern when staying in Washington, DC. The hosts anticipated the guests' every need and were very responsive to the few questions that we had. The back of the unit has a charming back balcony, and the location was super convenient to the townhouse of our son, daughter-in-law, and their two little boys. Overall, I would highly recommend this Airbnb!
