The house feels like you were at home. It was very spacious and slept our group of 7 comfortably. The view was amazing. My cousin was able to catch the sunset and talked how beautiful it was. Nicole's food was delicious and catered to all our needs. Too bad we didn't utilize the pool, only because we had a full itinerary. I will recommend this home and stay here again. FYI this home is a great location. With transportation it's close to a lot of places such as food and entertainment.

Gina was a lovely host! She made sure to check on us throughout our stay and gave very helpful suggestions on where to eat and what's nearby etc. The house was in a beautiful location, had a very short walking distance to the beach, attentive staff, and great amenities. The house was very clean and we would definitely stay there again. My family and I had a wonderful time.

Villa was the best we have stayed in in Jamaica. It was great for our family with children. The chef and housekeeper were really friendly and made sure we were ok through out. Breakfast delicious and it was a really high quality apartment. Would come back again maybe to even rent the whole space.

Truly a wonderful place for a family vacation! The location is spectacular, with a gorgeous pool overlooking the crashing sea. The house is lovely and kept immaculately clean. Excellent swimming beaches within a five minute walk. But most of all, the team that cares for you at Pelican Point is just the best. Porsha is a wonderful cook and a wonderful human; we loved her food and getting to know her and the rest of her team. Shorty takes immaculate care of the grounds and always offers an uplifting smile. And the Treasure Tours team that manages the house and helps with activities couldn’t be more accommodating. I highly recommend both this house and Treasure Beach in general to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, fun place to vacation that is off the beaten path and away from the masses of resorts and vacationers. It’s as lovely a community as everyone says and a real joy to have been part of for one short but fantastic week!

Nicolette’s place is beautiful, spacious and well kept. She is very kind and proactive in her communication - which was greatly appreciated since we were checking out during hurricane Beryl. The staff - Brian, Elesha, Diane and the driver Uan were all wonderful as well. I would give this listing and amazing people more than 5 stars if I could! Highly recommend this place!

We had a fantastic stay! The property was beautiful and located in a scenic, peaceful area—perfect for relaxing. Our cook was absolutely amazing—every meal was delicious and traditional to Jamaica! We also had the pleasure of meeting Ralph, Bart’s dad, who was incredibly kind and accommodating. Bart himself was very helpful and suggested a driver who was punctual, professional, and made getting around easy. Our house manager, Aaron was exceptional and made sure everything went smoothly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we’d definitely come back. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying here again in the near future.

This property is better then expected, backing onto the beach, has all of the amenities, that you could possibly need for a beach getaway, the hosts and property manager are available for any concerns or recommendations.. Our group, ranging in ages from 70 to 8 years old, all had a perfect week at this property and will definitely return and recommend.

Had an amazing stay with one mom, three adult kids. I worked mostly with their property manager, who arranged a daily chef, a car & driver, housekeeper, stocked fridge and rides to/from MBJ. Both the manager and the owners helped us with a couple recommendations to narrow down good day trips. The owners are super responsive and very knowledgeable. They were even staying in Jamaica while we were there so we met them, and they were kind and friendly people. The view is stunning, everything was spotless, clean, easy location to get to Negril or South Coast, kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to cook at home for breakfasts and dinners (toaster, coffeemaker, cookware, utensils, etc). When the power cut once it popped right back on, the wifi worked great, ACs in the bedrooms were chilly and dehumidifying, fans everywhere, great cross breeze in the living room. Would gladly rent this house again or any other place from the owners.

Treasure Beach holds a special place in our hearts for many reasons, and Calabash House is one! We love how peaceful and beautiful the surroundings are, how kind the people of TB are, and just the overall vibe of the house and it’s location. Denzil and Ronique took such good care of our family. Checking in daily, providing groceries upon arrival, and even taking us to the Lobster Pot for dinner! Sharyn is very responsive and throughly answered any questions we had. I can’t say enough about how magical our time at Calabash House was. We can’t wait to come back next year! Thank you so much!

Notoya and Damien were very kind & welcoming! I stayed at their place with my large family, before we moved to a resort to wed me off. It was the perfect experience of Jamaican hospitality. The breakfast & the chef was fantastic. We are Caribbean, so it was great having food that represented the country! Notoya was able to readily assist with any ask we had, as far as having her hubby assist me with getting Jamaican style gifts for my wedding party. I’d definitely stay in their property on my next trip. It’s perfectly spacious for a family of 6.

WOW! Our group of 10 had the best experience this past week! Richie was the most gracious, helpful, fun caretaker. He showed us around town and took us to some secret gems. Auntie Jo and Runa were fabulous cooks. The porridge is TO DIE FOR! We also had Runa make us an authentic sweet potato pudding for our last meal and we all raved about how delicious it was! The rooms were all very well kept and had comfortable beds. They are separate and it allows for a private feel even amongst a large group. We were able to swim in the ocean on the first 2 days when the water was calm and it was like heaven. We recommend having a drink and playing some skill games at Carl's (a 2 minute walk from the house). There is also a small market right next to that to get any essentials you may need. The locals in the town were all very nice to us and made us feel welcome. Our group will DEFINITELY be back to enjoy the house, Richie and his family, and the awesome town of Little Bay. Thank you!

Joshua was a great host, from booking to check out. Answered my million and one questions very promptly.. We were a family of 8, 5 adults and 3 kids, and accommodations were satisfactory. We went with private chef for 2 breakfast mornings and one dinner…and let me tell you, Chef Keros is a 5 star chef! Peaceful and private. Would definitely book another stay!

Our stay at this Villa was great. We asked for an early check in if possible and they were able to accommodate us with this request. The Property Manager Melanie was very communicative and was on site to greet us when we checked in. Super responsive overall, place was very clean and felt very homely. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

My family and I had mixed feelings coming down because of travel advisor, but you were  transparent with great feedback from the start. Even my mom who is super conservative loved the area and the overall experience. Everyone was really nice to us on our walks around the neighborhood. You and your staff were great and gave us exceptional service. Looking forward to coming back real soon. Jamaica is really expensive though ( as you did give us heads up about) I also wished we’d taken advantage of personal chef, as really hard figuring out food and trying to coordinate food for 13 people. This is one of the most beautiful villas that I have ever stayed in, the host Lorraine and Mary were always responsive to my questions. The pictures do this villa no justice, and lets talk about the house staff, princess is the utmost best, she is the chef and makes the best of everything in food, she is so friendly and always willing to make our stay a great one, Richie is also a gem he is very helpful, they both are a wonderful addition to this house. Please do not hesitate to book this villa as you would not be disappointed

We had a wonderful stay at Paulette's place, Rowe Villa. It was perfectly situated near the Junction, which was exactly what my wife and family were looking for, while still offering privacy and tranquility. Our host, Venice, was incredibly welcoming, took the time to show us around, and was always available for any questions or guidance. Paulette also connected us with Conrad, who provided seamless airport transportation at both the start and end of our stay. His hospitality and care in ensuring our safe travels were truly appreciated. I highly recommend Rowe Villa for anyone visiting St. Elizabeth—it's an excellent choice for families or groups traveling together. Absolutely loved the location, the house felt like home no negative comment but maybe a suggestion in terms of the security check in process maybe a pass given to airbnb guest to display in their vehicle for the duration of their stay. Everytime we left the property and return we went through security screening of validating who we are, not a big deal but more of an inconvenience as some security we more courteous than others. Overall we enjoyed our time at the property.

Our stay at Bryan's place was absolutely unforgettable! I booked Bryan's place at the last minute upon arriving in Jamaica after another property canceled my booking moments before my flight took off. Bryan was a lifesaver and truly saved my family vacation. He had the property ready for us in an expedited manner, which I really appreciated. Bryan's hospitality was exceptional. The property and grounds are beautifully maintained. There are stunning ocean and mountain views. The pool was clean and refreshing. What made it even more special were the mature mango and breadfruit trees — we enjoyed mangoes every day! The home was spotless, well-appointed, spacious, gated, and had everything our family needed. The home is clearly cared for and even better than the photos. We felt safe, relaxed, and right at home. Our stay at Bryan's place far exceeded our expectations. I would 100% recommend Bryan's place! What a serene and beautiful escape!

Hands down the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! After suffering the traumatic loss of our baby brother, we were finally able to feel a moment of joy and peace. In addition to the gorgeous views, the private beaches, and great food… we were greeted and cared for with love and warmth by Juba/Suzette/Brittney/Sweet Pea/Khoren. Starr is one of the best Host I’ve ever dealt with, her home was very clean and had everything plus more that was needed for our 14 days stayed, from the comfort and spacious inside to the peaceful moments on the back patio this place was absolutely amazing. I wanted to spend another week but it was already reserved, she clearly put a lot of thought into making sure her guests are comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend her home and she’ll definitely have us as returning guests.

Villa Hikaru is a special place — out of the way, wonderful sea view, beautiful garden, with lots of nooks and crannies for everyone to find their own space or come together. The team looking after the villa and guests — Vanesia, Cedrena and Patrick — are fabulous: the villa and gardens are in great condition and the cooking is delicious. It’s a good 2 hour drive from Montego Bay, in a quiet parish with no major tourist attraction nearby. Which for us made it perfect. There’s a fishing village nearby and a couple of beach bars, so if you’re looking to escape the noise and crowds, this is the place!

This was first stay at this beautiful property, and , it felt just like home. The location is absolutely perfect—just steps away from the beach, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the sea and sand anytime. The home itself is lovely, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The host is warm and accommodating, always making sure everything is just right. A special mention to Karlene and Marva, who are helpful and kind and also amazing cook! I truly can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning. One love:)
