It features two bedrooms with queen size beds and a game room with three single beds, with 2 additional mattresses. You are welcome to use BBQ grill on the patio, firepit by the valley stream or enjoy a full kitchen.

This beautiful adirondack home is located within 1 mile from Whiteface Mountain ski center, around the corner form the Ausable River, within minutes from several Adirondack High Peaks & Olympic venues and 9 miles from Lake Placid. What you will find: adventure, peace, quiet, woodstove, candles, down blanket, fire pit, privacy, composting outhouse, firewood for sale. **Please note there is NO electricity and NO running water. Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.
