Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Whitemarsh Township

We had a great stay at Malyka's place. She called to greet me and see if I had any needs prior to our arrival, the night before. She was responsive and very friendly. The apartment was comfortable, especially the beds. The shower had great flow and was wonderfully hot. Having the washer and dryer was a huge help. Please note though, there is a lack of electrical sockets in the living room for charging your phone or other electronics. We improvised and charged in the bedroom or bathroom. The neighborhood is walkable/bikeable with parks and playgrounds very close by. There is an abundance of options for food in the area as well. Give 'Tasties' a try for really great soul food. We would happily stay here again if in the Philly area.

I have stayed here many times. My favorite place to stay. Shanda it’s easy to get a hold of if needed and is very helpful. This is one of the cleanest places I have stayed at. I can’t say enough about it.

We had such a lovely stay at Jeanette’s place while attending my 20-year reunion at Swarthmore College. The place was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked, the bed was super-comfortable, the location was perfect (a nice 25-minute-ish walk to campus), and Jeanette was wonderfully communicative and accommodating throughout. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing time, Pictures look exactly like listing in person, very affordable and convenient, host was very responsive and helpful. The only issue I was having was when I was washing the dishes in the front room I noticed the water was not getting hot, water was only cold. Other than that everything else was good.

This stay was everything I needed — pure peace. The host perfectly captures the essence of this listing in the description, and it fully lived up to every word. The home was pristine, thoughtfully designed, and immediately felt like a sanctuary. One of my favorite moments was lounging in front of the fireplace on the cozy lounger — it’s truly a whole vibe, especially while watching your favorite shows. Plus, the host is amazing and so attentive, which made the experience even more special. If you’re looking to escape the noise of the world and settle into a few days of true calm and comfort, this is the perfect spot. I can’t recommend it enough.

The loft was lovely. This was my first time booking an Airbnb and Vincent made the process really easy. I had a great time!

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Jessica’s Airbnb! The place had everything you could possibly need—from pots and silverware to shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The space was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. Jessica checked in throughout the week to make sure we were doing well and didn’t need anything, which was greatly appreciated. Parking was super convenient—right next to the stairs. If you’re ever in Pennsylvania, I highly recommend staying here. Plus, it’s so close to the airport, making travel a breeze!

Beautiful home in convenient location. Perfect place to stay while visiting family. Would recommend ten times over!

This place worked great for our stay which included two adults and one dog. The location was quiet and convenient for dog walking and the people we encountered in the neighborhood were friendly. A big bonus for us was having a Whole Foods about 10 minutes away. We enjoyed having a nice, quiet place to come back to after enjoying the city attractions during the day.

We had a great stay at Marcella’s house. Very comfortable, nicely decorated town home in a great location. We traveled with our dog and baby and were all very happy there. The path along the canal is beautiful, with waterfalls and mosaic. Marcella was a great host and very accommodating.

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was roomy, clean, & comfortable, & parking was convenient. There were 2 suites with attached bathrooms. We really appreciated the 3 full, & 2 half baths. It has a beautiful kitchen & hardwood floors on the main level. The air conditioning felt amazing after coming in from the heat. We could walk to town & a river trail. Daisy was great. She was helpful, friendly, & very responsive. She left us water bottles & snacks, which was really kind. We highly recommend Daisy's place!

Bi is a good host and answered communications quickly and clearly. Beds were comfortable. There were five of us and there only is one bathroom, but everyone was good about taking turns. The weather was cool and rainy, but had we had better weather we would have spent more time on the property, with its koi pond and outdoor kitchen, which looked very cool. We were there for a wedding and didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. All-in-all, our stay was a success. Thank you.

Mark’s place was impeccable in so many ways. It was super clean and there was attention to every detail from the coffee to the bows on the toilet paper. My main concern before booking was the safety of the neighborhood. Mark assured me it was safe and he was right!! The neighbors were super friendly and we walked to several restaurants, meeting nothing but great people on the way. Mark’s place was worth every penny and we made memories to last a lifetime. Highly recommend this property! It is quiet and tucked away, the perfect retreat for a quiet getaway. My friend and I stayed for another friend’s engagement party nearby, and Kelly’s property was the perfect location. It is exactly as described, and an exceptionally clean place. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone.

Great property for an active family on the road.

Rui was a great host, very proactive and responsive to questions. Don't be fooled by Google Street View photos, the building has been complete updated and is very modern and clean. In fact, much of the area has been updated. Free parking nearby was greatly appreciated. This apartment was perfect for two couples. Separate Bed & Bath at opposite ends, with a nice living, dining, and kitchen space in between. Despite not being the most attractive street (it's kind of a side street with some old buildings undergoing renovation) it was quiet and we were able to relax. We would definitely come back.

Super cute spot in a great neighborhood—extremely walkable to many restaurants, bars, shops, etc. For Philly it was a relatively good price and an all around good value. We would definitely stay again, especially as the location was near to our good friend!

Really nice place with a great vibe and atmosphere. The interior was clean and well-maintained. As expected for a city location, parking isn’t the easiest—street parking is limited and can be a bit of a hassle. However, there’s a budget-friendly parking garage about a 10-minute walk away, which was a great find and made things much more manageable. Overall, it’s definitely worth a visit, just plan ahead for parking if you’re driving in.

This is my second time staying in one of Jonathan's places. I'm already planning another stay for early next year. We just absolutely love the space, the area, and Jonathan! The place is exactly as listed, clean, comfortable, and in close proximity to everything + easy and free parking!!!! Highly recommend staying here!

This is my second time staying in this apartment and it was just as great as I remembered. Really nice well stocked kitchen as far as cooking materials go and appliances. Also, very comfortable bed, and it’s a nice quiet place with secure parking. Highly recommend and will probably stay there again.

Danni's place is five stars all around! It is spacious, family-friendly, and immaculately clean with everything that you would need for a relaxing stay to feel like you are right at home. Great linens, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen if you decide to cook a few meals during the stay (thank you for the snacks!). Danni's home is super walkable--within a few blocks from great restaurants and shops, as well as some of the top sights in the city, yet still quiet and peaceful. The rooftop view is stunning! Danni is one of the best hosts I've encountered. She responded to all questions instantly, provided flexible check-in/check-out arrangements, and made my out-of-town guests feel at ease. She was extremely accommodating and did a great job anticipating the needs of her guests. No need to look further--book Danni's place before someone else does!
