Timeless was a cute and cozy location, perfect for our trip! It was perfectly clean and exactly as pictured. The area is a bit funny to drive in, lots of side roads. But it was also very close to restaurants, stores, and pretty much anything you would need! Elizabeth was also incredibly responsive and super helpful. Overall exactly what we were looking for!

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

From the very start, Michelle was clear with her communication, and very quick t o respond to any request we had. Her home was very clean and had all amenities as stated on Air BnB. We enjoyed sitting outside, either on the patio in the backyard, or in the private front yard. There is plenty of private parking and the home is near any stores or restaurants you might want. Michelle is a perfect host.

This is our second stay at Brian’s place, this time for a few weeks. The view and peaceful outdoors is spectacular and lush, and it was easy to feel at home in the cozy living spaces. Brian was again an awesome communicator and super kind!

Our getaway was a quick weekend trip. The house accommodated my family and my brother’s family well. The house is near the freeway, not too far from theme parks and Hollywood. Local coffee shops near by. We didn’t get to enjoy the backyard but there was a grill and tables set up. We enjoyed our stay.

The home is very comfortable and clean, Geoff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, especially with a disabled 87yo father, he offered a shower chair and the shower had hand rails inside and out, it was very easy to bathe him. Our pets were able to use the doggy door to come in/out to potty or go outside into the kennel. The backyard has a beautiful bbq area and garden. Dogs could also roam the backyard freely, all gates are secure, but what we enjoyed more were the concerts in the park on Wednesday night, on weekends the La Puente City Park has a lot to do, vending food areas and outdoor shopping, it is exactly 1 small block away. Parking can get a little busy but not if you plan ahead or take the short walk. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you Geoff for accommodating my family on such short notice. I will recommend your home and studio to our friends and family.

Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Casita. It was private easy to access and dog friendly. It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive and friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend!! such a beautiful space would definitely stay here again.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

Rico was such an amazing host! The place itself was so clean and we felt right at home. Quiet neighborhood and kind neighbors. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s hard to put into words just how amazing our stay here was! First time to California with two children and it was like home from home! So much more was provided than expected to make it such an enjoyable stay! Levy was contactable any time if we had any issues and happy to provide info about things to do around the area! The pool was perfect and the boys spend many hours in it as well as the hot tub which was a godsend after a long day sight seeing or after theme parks! Super close to Disney as well! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s refreshing to have a host that can’t do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable which levy certainly did! Thank you for everything and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we happen to visit California again! Orange county was by far our fav place including laguna beach! So location was perfect too! Jessica and Ethan were incredible hosts! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-stocked, and welcoming. The home was perfect for our family getaway ,spacious, cozy, and kid-friendly. Our kids had a blast, and we felt right at home the entire time. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, truly even nicer than the photos. It was also super kid-friendly, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable as a family. Jim & Deb was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. You can really feel the care they put into making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families with children. We would definitely love to come back again!

Holly was a very great host… she was helpful and very informative. She responded very quickly and helped with all questions even if they weren’t about the stay itself. She informed us on important Information and was just all around great. The building was very safe! Closed off to the public and I felt very secure leaving and entering. A little noisy but it’s downtown… we expected it. I still enjoyed my time there and I’m happy I chose her to be my host… I would definitely visit again!

I was sad to leave this place 😭😭 the view, the apartment, the cleanliness, the parking garage, everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean. The garage was safe and easily accessible. It was good for a group of 5. Kye was an amazing host! When I had trouble entering the apartment, he responded right away. We were missing an amenity and he was able to get us one that same night! Amazing place and an amazing host! Thank you Kye! If I ever come back I’ll be sure to stay here again. 😊

The home is a real gem. I loved that it was located in a very quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to several grocery stores and shopping centers. The unit is a detached garage that was reconverted but it was very clean and well maintained with a classy creative touch! Will definitely be coming back!

Julia’s home was excellent! We had a wonderful time staying there and felt right at home! We stayed as a group of four and it was the perfect size. Everything was clean and maintained and the property was beautiful. At one point, we had a small issue and Julia resolved it within a few hours. Super kind and responsive host. We would absolutely stay again.

Travis & Trisha were very accommodating and their place was absolutely beautiful! The pool was perfect for our getaway and the beds were extremely comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

Jason's place was perfect for what I needed for my work trip. It was a little small, but still had everything necessary. My dog also loved his dog and they played all the time!

This place is worth its Rare Find status. It's extremely clean, quiet, peaceful, spacious, and an excellent place to stay. David, the host, is friendly and responsive and will ensure you have a great visit.

Natasha was the best host I have met! Respond to my message quickly and very understanding. The unit was small but sweet, had everything I needed. I liked the decoration. Only thing is that it was a bit difficult to walk my dog in the neighborhood as a lot of neighbours have dogs that will bark when we walked by. We encountered off leash dogs twice and had to run back.
